Absolutely everything, the room was spacious, comfortable and the staff were the friendliest. there was not anything we didn't like! We travelled Japan for three weeks and this was by far the best place we've stayed. Will be coming back, guaranteed!
The room is an amazing space, filled with beautiful furnishings throughout. Located well for access to the stations, sights and restaurants / bars.

the staff, their heartwarming service is beyond anything. my family had a great time in Kyoto cuz the staff Ono San went above and beyond to accommodate us.
some switches in the room are not easy to understand. I think the room layout, although quite spacious, is most ideal for two persons.
Beautiful space and amenities. Breakfast was amazing. Although staff interaction is minimal, they were always helpful. Loved the pyjamas provided.
Note you can hear street noise. It did not bother me but might bother some people who are sensitive to noise. You could hear cars and trucks and people talking in the street at night.
