- The morning breakfasts (included) were fantastic! Many choices and everything tasted great. Appreciated the selection of hot and cold, Japanese and more Western items such as Danish rolls. Pick-up & drop-off at the train station was helpful.

- Staff not friendly. Very strict about check in at 3:00pm and they do not speak much english. Hotel is 30 minutes walk from train station. Shuttle will drive you to train station but only in the morning from 8:00am to 10:30am.
- Location was not the best. I did not realize how far away it was from Kyoto. However, the train ride from Kyoto was easy and the hotel is very willing to pick-up and drop-off to the station.

The staff was kind and helpful. They provided phone charger and also an iron. The shuttle service was nice.
The building's insulation is close to nothing. I was staying on the 4th and with closed window, I could hear the passing cars on the street loudly. What is worse, I could hear everyone on the same floor as if they were inside my room. I couldn't sleep well because of the coughing/throwing up sounds of the man next door. When someone closed their door my room shook with the sound of it. And the A/C is a central one so it only provided hot air. But the weather was super hot so I need come cool air because the windows are not opening.
The hotel staff speaks English and is very friendly.
There was no halal food option. One can only eat buns.

BRBrPlease be aware that there is no parking around the station, so it may takes more than 10 minutes for hotel's car to arrive after guest make a call.
