- The rate for 1 extra night (Saturday) was charged at 300% the week night rate paid at booking, The air conditioning thermostat was damaged and the room was excessively hot. The staff just said "sorry" and did nothing the resolve the problem.
- Front desk staff… every staff was saying differently.When I was out and asked to borrow umbrella they asked my room number and asked me to leave room key. But when my partner borrowed umbrella, nobody asked him room number. My partner and I had each appointments and we wanted to leave our room key as we were not sure which one will come back early but front staff refused to leave room key.If they said so, they must provide spare room key to us but they denied to do so.It was so confusing and just wonder how they train their staff.

Somewhat tired hotel set in what looked like a pachinko parlour or food court. Better hotels nearby, albeit more expensive.
free parking, good location 5 min walking to a cosy, good Italian restaurant ( can be recommended).
no restaurant for lunch/dinner. ( Italian restaurant near by). breakfast ok. room was “smoking room”, ( avoid it!, the room was stinky from smoke)
