I love the amenities they provide- the range of toiletries and the public bath is the perfect touch.Rooms are small but it has everything I needed for a short stay. I slept comfortably. I would not hesitate to come back!

The location of this hotel is superb, right in the centre of everything near subway station and bus stop. There are several combinies around with Lawson just across the road. The staff I dealt with didn't speak English but they went out of the way to help me with the google translate, I didn't have any problems to communicate my needs and to get what I wanted. Just to note, not that this is negative just to be prepared. Rooms are very small. I'm used to Japanese business hotels' room size, but here single rooms are 9 sqm. If you are planning just going sightseeing all day and coming back to sleep, it's fine. I didn't mind. Room was full of usefull things despite of the size. It had washing machine, trouser press, fridge, small desk and chair. I counted 9 power outlets! But no place to keep your suitcase open.

In this hotel if you want your room cleaned you have to put a request a night before. Everyday you put your garbage in the hallway and they hang your towels on your doorhandle. I stayed 8 nights so I reqested the cleaning in the middle. They didn't vacuum the floors, didn't wipe the surfaces and didn't change the bed linen. All they did just made a bed and took the garbage. As I felt not comfortable communicating this through translator I didnt complain. But cleanliness in a whole was subpair.

It's in a great location, close to public transport and local attractions, the coffee and soft drinks in the lobby are a nice touch and the room has everything you need. Also great value for money vs other places

There wasn't any ventilation working in the room I was in, but it appeared to be there. When you opened up the door, the moisture went into the room which made the room musty and affected my allergies.

Close to metro, 3 mins walk to Nishiki alley and 30 mins walk to Yasaka shrine a bit far but worth to walk.free welcome drink comprising of coffee and sodaswasher and dryer equipped in the room and functional

The room has everything you need. A comfy bed, a moisturiser, a washing machine, and a toilet that has drying function making it very handy for washing your clothes. One-time washing powder can also be purchased at the hotel it is very convenient. The hotel is also close to the train station that provides direct access to Osaka and many surrounding areas, and various bus routes that allows you to get around the tourist attractions of Kyoto. So be in mind that this is a business hotel catering towards the locals, so make sure you follow the local rules to show some courtesy, e.g. lowering your voice around common areas.

It could be slightly small for travellers with big luggage.

Location was convenient. Amenities were nice and room was cleanly.

The bed and pillow were both insanely hard and uncomfortable, harder than the firmest futon I've ever felt. The shower head angle was not adjustable which meant when you turned it on it POURED onto the bathroom floor unless you jerry-rigged the shower curtain to create the perfect funnel (that would immediately collapse if you moved)

The equipments are very good, including all most items that you need. The room size is small, but suit for single traveler with small bag. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Some of rooms, the aircondition are full of dust that need have time to cleaning and maintain them.

Almost perfect location, located 2 stops away from Kyoto station it does require a single line change to the local subway if you're coming in from a different city via shinkansen. However it's barely 5mins walk from the subway which makes it not too bad. The subway station (shijio station) has an elevator too(unlike some stations). The room albeit on the smaller side is furnished with everything you need. Including a washing machine! Knock yourselves out doing some much needed laundry if you need to during a long trip. 5mins away from nishiki market and 10-15 from gion. Everything is within a stones throw away. The staff are also friendly and helpful. Would definitely book this again when I'm back in Kyoto.

If I had to give a complaint, it would be the lack of luggage space in the room. But you can make do with it.

I liked it. The hotel is Not a luxury hotel but a businessman hotel. It has great amenities for a solo traveler like a washing machine in the room and laundry service. It’s a perfect place to stay when getting ready for the next leg of the journey.

The vending machine options were small but there are plenty of restaurants near by. The Wi-Fi is a bit weak.

In a excellent location. Easy access to Nishiki market , downtown and many wonderful places to eat.

The location is good , there are 3 stations around with walking distance and also many stores and food outlets Sky liners station just 15 mins a way

The breakfast are too simple and less choice basically just salad and breads The hotel like no view because all window can not see through with mat glass The hotel reception unable to provide cool storage space with a normal refrigerator is unacceptable

Great location, clean and quiet room.

I’m a side sleeper and single pillow was very uncomfortable.
