- Always exceptional. This was my third time staying at this hotel and I love it. Really good breakfast!! Rooms are clean and very nice with a little sofa. 10-12 minutes from Kyoto station on foot. Convenience store right next to the hotel. My first choice when staying in Kyoto.
- Great location near bus stops and subway stations, good services and great breakfast. The cleaning crew job could improve by taking care of some vaccuming of the room carpet and replacing used cups for multiple days stay.

- Very little vegetarian options at breakfast. Please be considerate and provide more vegetarian (without fish or chicken) and vegan options for both the environment and welfare of animals.
- The drying machines take too long to get the job done.
- I wasn’t informed at check in that a special card is needed to go to the public bath.

Very clean, amenities, location
Spacious room and the onsen is a plus. A walk to the train station.
Location walkable to kyoto station and just 3 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop. Bed is comfortable and they have onsen to relax after long tiring day

It was a little far from the station, but it’s wasn’t too bad
I was a bit doubtful about the location, but it turned out to be great. Reasonable distance from Kyoto station as well as Fushimi Inari. Bus stop are located close to hotel. One convenient store is next door and another close by. Microwave ovens are available at the basement floor. Breakfast was elaborate and very satisfying.

New hotel so everything looks new and clean. Nice bathroom with tub and shower. Our room had 3 beds for the 3 of us and a sofa that came with sheets and a pillow if we had a fourth person. Large kitchenette sink, microwave, decent refrigerator. Breakfast had a lot of variety and definitely worth it. Easy 10-15 minute walk from the station if you just have smaller suitcases. Better to catch a ride if you have large luggage. There’s a Lawson right next door.
Very minimal issue but our room safe had trash under it from a previous guest and the safe batteries were removed by someone, possibly a guest, and no one noticed.

The staff is so friendly and happy to help with questions. The room is huge with plenty of space for open luggage. We booked a room with a terrace and the view was beautiful. It’s a 10 minute walk from Kyoto station and there is a Lawson just a few steps away.
The bed is extremely firm but we got used to it after a couple nights.

Location and room size. Bathroom facilities was excellent. Water pressure and temperature was above expectations.
The hair dryer was mediocre. Hardly blew air.

Good size room with enough space to move around even with 3 beds. The breakfast buffet has a good selection of both Asian and western dishes. Nice public bath although due to the hot weather, we only used it once. Good location about 10 minutes walk from the station.
Only 1 pillow and not a very soft one at that.
Uncrowded Onsen, complementary bikes, ample laundry facility.
Some items in breakfast buffet were cold that should have been hot (eggs, tater tots or example).
