Pros +
- Excellent service, beautiful room. The soaking tub was great. The washer/dryer was super convenient. And complementary champagne, thank you!
- the room layout seems not updated on the web. The real room is modern, cozy and well equipped withOUT kitchen - we thought the apartment is equipped with the cooking facility, but it doesn't. However, everything is perfect - the location, the facility in the room. Room has 70 sqm with balcony river view.
- The room is spacious, staff are very nice and just a call away. Location is perfection with river view and walking distance to almost everywhere
Cons -
- On this trip I did not have time for breakfast in my room, so did not use the kitchen but... I love toasting up Japanese bread. A toaster in the room would be great (for a future visit). Thanks!
- We thought there is real kitchen equipped - for us to cook breakfast etc. There is misunderstanding on 'kitchen' facility. But it doesn't matter in the end.
- The staff was a bit elusive as they were not readily available at the facility. One had to call from the desk phone to conjure staff.

convenient location, clean and spacious room, washing/dryer machine, helpful staff
Breakfast was Japanese style of our choice. It was fabulous! Beautifully presented. Delivered right on time.
The staff was a bit elusive as they were not readily available at the facility. One had to call from the desk phone to conjure staff.
nice view, High quality equipment.
The quilt too thick.
Our room was wonderful and so spacious. We stayed in the suite. Having a small kitchen and a washer and dryer were such a welcome addition. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent and such a wonderful neighborhood. Highly recommend this hotel.
I don't think breakfast was an option
I honestly don't have anything that I didn't like
