Location to Kyoto station is great. Room was pretty clean, staff spoke pretty good English. Housecleaning did a nice job.
Tight layout of room. Staff had no English subway or bus map, but many other places did. Bathroom had a hairball between cabinet and sink. Hard to notice, which is why I'm sure it wasn't taken care of earlier. Elevator was frustrating at times.

I like the size of the room, it fit us well since we're a group of 4. We love the breakfast, my boys even asked to have dinner there. Excellent location right in front of Kyoto station, staff are very nice and speak English fluently, great amenities. Definitely will come back here.

This facility is in the best location, which is right in front of the Kyoto station. Room was bigger than I expected based on my experience. Many hotels provide smaller rooms at the same rates. I was very comfortable with staying this hotel! Of course, I'll stay in this hotel again next year!

Wonderful location right in front of Kyoto Station, very friendly and helpful. When asking for luggage delivery /takkyubin they called the next hotel to verify they can receive the luggage.
Great location for travelling with trains, subway and buses. Huge selection of places to eat and do the everyday shopping in the area. Room was very clean and equiped with all the necessary toiletries and amenities.
Room was a bit too dark and rather small, but at least there was enough space to comfortably open the luggage.
Great location just opposite Kyoto Station for bus and train commute.
Kyoto station and the bus terminal are just across a road ! Very convenient for transport and lots shopping and meal places. Kyoto Tower is just next.to the hotel and there is a very nice food court at its basement.
Space is a little cramp so you need to be creative to put your lugguage. No public bath.
