Good location, few minutes walk from Shijo and Karasuma station. Hotel staffs can communicate in English. Room size is decent in Jpn's context. There is a lounge / breakfast area that is available for hotel guests to use, good for gathering for group of friends.

pajamas!, slippers! the shower was very very nice and i loved the shampoo and conditioner and body wash ! staff were so helpful and kind. the hotel is very nice and modern:) free bread was nice

Disappointing

I was not impressed with this hotel at all. There was a wet/mildew smell in my room as well as my sisters room. The only way to mask the smell was to have the AC on high or open a window. Suspected the smell was coming from the bathroom. I didnt think to actually check until the second day and I then noticed mold on the walls where it meets the tub, all around the tub. In the middle of two nights, the AC was not working in my or my sisters room. The fridge in my room was not functioning as well. The wifi was not great in the rooms, I had to use my data plan to search on my phone. I would not recommend or stay here again.

Nice room and comfortable beds. Quiet. Good central location with a large range of restaurants nearby. Was able to drop off luggage early. Entrance area looks smart and welcoming.

Dry bread and a small pastry is not a great breakfast.

The room was neat however, relatively small which is typical for a Japanese apartment. There is plenty of places to eat nearby and the apartment is relatively central to all the tourist hot spots.

There was mould on the shower curtain in the bathroom. The bathroom is extremely small and only has enough space for one person to be in it.

It is located in a quiet area and 20 minutes walk from mostly every touristic place you have to visit.The room was clean, comfortable, and big. The staff played a very important part since the reception to the departure. I recommend this accommodation.

It was great that the hotel offer free bread and coffee for breakfast. Breads were plain but delicious and this simple action is really heartwarming for guests. Was also very happy that hotel provided hotel pyjamas which were soft and comfy.

I loved everything about this hotel. It was so cosy, I slept so well, it felt nice and clean and secure. The breakfast packages were a nice added bonus. A great, comfortable base for exploring from. I loved the whole feel of this hotel.

A great choice for hassle free stays. The entrance display is very tasteful, as well as the light choices in the rooms. Nest also has one of the best in room coffee offers.

Second time to stay here and I am happy with it, I would come back for next time. -Unbeatable location. The area is very central with subway stations and many bus stops, so you can go any direction easily. There are plenty choices of eateries, cafes, shops in this area. Thus, the hotel is conveniently located, but in a surprisingly quiet street so you'll get good sleep. - Unbeatable price. The room price is unbelievably low considering this superb location and facilities (the place is still new). The hotel has stylish, simple and modern Japanese taste, with a hint of a boutique hotel with the price of (sort of) a budget hotel. With this location with this price, I can not complain. Ok, the room is small, but if you want a bigger room, you'd need to pay twice as much. You get what you pay for. No more, no less. I am happy with what I got so I will stay here again.

-In my previous stay, they had a breakfast buffet, which I really enjoyed. This time, it was a pack of breads instead. I know they don't offer the buffet because of Covid and I completely understand that. But I hope the buffet is back sometime soon! *If you want something else for breakfast other than breads, there are so many choices outside the hotel (cafes, 24-h convenience stores, take-aways etc.) so you will be alright. -Also they don't offer tea, either. They used to have different types of tea bags in the lobby which you can have any time of the day, but not any more...not even in the room. They only have coffee in the entire hotel. These are the cons but like I said already, I can not complain with this price with this location. I am happy with what I got, so I will stay here again.
