The location of the hotel was excellent — everything was within walking distance and it was very close to the subway. The rooms were very comfortable, and we absolutely loved the pajamas they provided. In my opinion, it deserves five stars, not four.
The hotel is in a very nice location, offers an onsen and sauna, and overall provided a pleasant stay with no major problems.

Overall, a nice hotel on the larger side. The onsen and relaxation lounge area were nice for an extended stay.
As with many hotels in Japan, they restrict use of the onsen if you have tattoos. This feel archaic and backward, especially for a hotel visited by so many foreigners.

It was a good Location, but a little far away from any attractions
even though we were assigned to a VERY noisy room near the cleaning staff room ( every morning waking up at 6-7 corridor blocked with trash and carts the staff immediately provided with alternative options. albeit not the best solution and we did not sleep well for two nights - the hotel was great.

Loved this hotel. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. Loved how close it was to Nishiki Market. The beds were comfy and we had plenty of room for the three of us.We unfortunately were not able to take advantage of the Onsen. We did have breakfast and it was awesome. There were so many options and everything was yummy. The staff was extremely helpful and kind.
