Wonderful location, great bath, and beds were one of the most comfortable I have slept in.

Room too small, ac didn’t work well, Food is not good, water is not hot enough

Property was beautiful, modern, comfortable, and clean. Do not book through booking.com website falsely advertises property locations and although did not occurred at the Blossom Kyoto, beware.

Minimal washers/dryers. Although there is a sign to stay with clothes, all machines were full of clothes with no one to claim property. There is a nearby laundromat that we walked to. Owner was super helpful, machines wash and dry, do not need laundry detergent, requires yen.

The location is beautiful, the room exceeded our expectations. It modern but still had that Kyoto old style japanese vibe.

The location was great as it was within walking distance of the bus stop, metro line, and train station so getting around Kyoto was easy. The room was amazing and the bed was super comfortable! The snacks in the guest lounge were also a nice touch and I wish we stayed longer than one night so I could enjoy the public bath and gym.

It was unclear if we had to make reservations at the restaurant or if we were allowed to just go over.

The friendliness of staff lovely and the rooms were so comfortable cozy felt like home. They crkebrated my birthday thank u ?Hospitality 100% well trained staff with rigjt attitude to guest. Weldone management. ???????? will be tecommending this hotel to all my friends snd business colleagues.

Yes one thing fir omprovement the pillows snd pillow cases make sire u clean and dry them. They did smell sweat when we checked in.

Great location, thoughtful amenities, professional staff, perfect space for a family of four. Appreciate having the gym, bath, and snacks available.

Laundry was not easy to use

Lovely hotel that was recommended to us by a friend. We stayed here for one night. The beds were super comfortable and the room was very nice and clean. The staff were very kind and the breakfast was fantastic. We received a delicious welcome drink upon arrival and the staff kindly helped us order a taxi when we had to leave. The location is also extremely convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

We were on a low floor, so there was no view from our window, just the wall of the next building. But we didn't mind since we were only staying for one night.

Everything. Felt very safe, beds very comfortable, love the coffee machine. Was near a lot of famous sites I wanted to see. The best hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan. Will stay again.

The hotel is extremely well set up with big rooms, great amenities, great location, and calm atmosphere. The tatami on the floor add a sweet Japanese flavor.

Great breakfast with lots of Japanese and western options. The onsen is stunning and well equipped. It was our second visit, one of our favorite hotels in the world.

The overall feeling as you walked into the hotel. Design was awesome. The snack area for a quick drink. Didn’t use the Onsen area because of tattoos.

I wish they had tattoo friendly hours for the Onsen donut can be enjoyed by all.

I loved the location, 1 stop to Kyoto station or 15 min walk! The gym was clean and modern.The rooms were spacious and felt luxurious

Very stylish. Clean and beautiful hotel

Indians…they do not have any of the manners of the Japanese employees. I was accosted at breakfast to order something before even sitting down. I really just wanted a cup of coffee first but the aggressive Indian waitress was pushing me to order right away. It was very uncrowded. Maybe 10% full.

Spacious, clean, great location.

Room a bit bigger than what I’ve come to expect in Japan. Hotel entrance is impressive, especially with the water features and fog.

Staff seems young and inexperienced or bored. The check in procedure was odd. Fancy (you are invited to sit at a table and are served a drink and a sweet) but the explanation is unclear (bad English) and the young man kept standing so he was hovering over me. He shoved a tablet in my face to fill in. All in all, it wasn’t as polite as you’d expect. In the hotel bar, the bar man was too busy entertaining two very loud women at the bar. He was drinking with them and forgot to serve me my 2nd drink for which I was then billed. All a bit careless.

We were a party of 5 and had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Super clean and great amenities

Beds are comfortable, linens and toiletries 5 star

Loved the morning buffet (miso soup was delicious) and it was in a great location.You also get a welcome drink when you arrive!
