Love the style of the rooms and staff

Excellent location close to shops and the metro. I loved the spacious room and the fitness center. The staff was so kind and friendly.

When I would key in my room and the TV would automatically turn on. Especially late at night, it was obnoxious especially after a long day.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel! i was traveling solo and this hotel was extremely comfortable. its close to transit and was great for me to navigate down to osaka two days in a row. i would highly recommend! the staff were warm a welcoming. the accomodations were sleek and modern

I don’t usually write reviews.. But i felt like i had to this time, This hotel was amazing, and more importantly for me “SPOTLESS”. Very clean and neat.Bed was comfortable and felt like a cloud The location is okay for me, it requires 10+ walking to the station which is very convenient,There’s multiple convenient stores on the same street,Overall, i am very satisfied

The breakfast buffet was really good for my family. They had a few gluten free options, but could have had more. They did try to accomodate me. I also stayed for 10 days, so the gf options got a little old. If only staying a few days, it would have been sufficient. There was plenty to eat.

Great location! Walkable to the train station, main sites and lots of restaurants off the man street. The room was spacious, super clean, well equipped and had the most comfortable beds and linens.

I would prefer better bread options at breakfast and peanut butter would be nice.

Ease of getting around, staff, cleanliness, snacks at the mini bar was very reasonably priced. Close to the train.

House keeping was over all great did the major things like changing towels vacuuming daily, etc. was inconsistent with replacing minor things like cups, coffee pods, mugs. One day I did find the hotel provided pants and shirt I wore that morning crumpled on the corner on the floor when I had left them in the bed

The staff was responsive, as always.I had just completed a complicated business trip and was able to enjoy a relaxing visit to Kyoto, staying at the Hilton Garden Inn..I always enjoy the daily breakfast at the Hotel.

Clean, very nice receptionist, room is spacious. Great breakfast and very nice location.

Very warm welcome by English speaking staff at the front desk upon arrival. Less than three minutes walk from Gojo subway station and many food choices nearby. Convenience store was right across the street so that was helpful. We loved the complementary pyjamas to wear during our stay. Laundry facilities in the basement and showing the amount of time left on the cycle on the TV was very helpful in order for us to plan on doing laundry during our trip.

Room wasn’t too clean, but when I reported this to front desk, it was apologized for immediately.

Excellent location, Just a mile away from the Train Station. Shopping and Restaurants close by (Walking distance. A few tourist spots including famous Budhha temples also within vicinity.

More vegetarian options may be considered.

The bed was a Queen size, which is noticeably smaller than standard sizes at most hotels, and we constantly felt like we might roll off the edge during the night.The cleaning staff seemed to be in a rush, and in the process, they mistakenly took away my white pajamas, which I had left on the bed. This was frustrating and avoidable with more attention to detail.The hotel was also hosting large groups of school students on study tours, and they were placed on the same floor as regular guests, making it noisy and far from relaxing — not ideal for anyone on vacation.There was no complimentary bottled water in the room, which felt like a basic amenity that was missing. The overall decor and atmosphere felt cheap, certainly not in line with the four-star standard advertised on the website. One particularly unpleasant detail was that the nozzle of the smart toilet was visibly black and unclean.Overall, while the service staff tried their best, the facilities and experience were disappointing. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Bony Hsu the front desk supervisor was especially kind to us. Well designed hotel with a workout facility and laundromat in the basement. Never a long wait for an elevator. Great buffet breakfast with both western and Japanese food. Convenient location with Gojo subway station a short walk away and lots of restaurants nearby. Less than a 10 minute walk to Shijodori and Nishiki Market.

We stayed in the family room. It was great!! The room was beautiful and big. The breakfast is great! It’s close to the train station and also to main attractions.

The Hilton was a great place to stay in Kyoto. It is only a mile away from the Kyoto station and there is a hop on hop off bus station only across the street half a block down. The hotel was very comfortable and the rooms were nice and modern. The best thing was they allowed you to log onto your YouTube and other streaming services so that you could watch TV in English.

Great location, not far from the train station and the attraction points. The room was big and comfort, great soundproof. Good breakfast.

Bar closes at 9:30 p.m. - quit too early for the hotel bar. At the day time it is quit hard to order something from the bar too as there is no bartender and you need to catch a waitress which works in the restaurant.
