Beds were extremely comfortable. Rooms were spacious and cozy for our family of four. Convenient to have a kitchenette. LOVE the rental items, including the Dyson Airwrap

Friendly staff, including hotel employee. Clean laundry machines. Great selection of electronic and coffee-making/cooking equipment available to borrow.

We loved the location and amenities. Our was very spacious and our boys loved the bunk beds.

Beds were very comfortable. Great location. Plenty of room in the apartment

Airconditioning played up a bit. We couldn't change it to heat but reception was able to fix promptly

The hotel and room were amazing - one of the best hotels we've stayed at before, especially considering the fair price and great location. The staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. The amenities offered by the hotel - laundry for a small fee, free rental for items you might need, free coffee and tea, etc - all made the stay more enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the room was spacious and relaxing to come back to after a long day of walking. And of course the location is very convenient. We would not hesitate to book another stay here next time we are in Kyoto. Few places deserve a 10/10 rating but 20 Pieces well deserves it - highly recommend!

Spacious enough for 4 adults, one being a 6”5’ man lol. We all loved the “borrowed items” area, which included a lovely French press pour over coffee situation. There was even a record player and records. It was so neat :)We LOVED our view of the Buddhist temple across the street, along with the tents that the shopkeepers set up daily with their cute handmade items.

We loved everything

Loved this place. We had a family suite and it was stocked with all appropriate dishes, cups etc to cook and warm up food. Bathroom was wonderful and bunks were comfortable. Free coffee is excellent and lobby is great. Many cool items to check out in lobby. Helped that everyone spoke English.

We had 5 people and the couch really wasn't a suitable bed and when I asked for another comforter to make it softer they did not have any :( The room is really meant for 4.

Excellent staff who treat customers with genuine care and respect. They were attentive, friendly, and always willing to help. The room itself was spacious, clean, and quiet, which made the whole stay feel relaxing and comfortable.

The cleanliness and modern atmosphere was wonderful. The staff were amazingly friendly and accommodations were lovely. Our room was facing Higashi Honganji Temple and was priceless! Couldn’t ask for a better stay, not to mention we were about 6-8 minute walk for main train station!

The atmosphere and the vibes of the hotel was amazing. The room was so modern and clean and with a nice view of the temple. Additionally, the location was perfect to navigate around as it is very close to the main station. Finally, the beds were very comfortable for a nice sleep.

The only piece missing were some additional shelves to put our clothes especially if you are more than 2 people.

Very close location to Tokyo Station, and very much a great place to stay! Generally walkable for those in average shape and a rolling bag. The room was perfect for a party of 4, with way more space then you can usually find in a Japanese hotel room, that included two sinks, separate toilet area, kitchen area to make food, plus in room bunk beds. Super clean and very friendly staff willing to answer questions.

Not a ton of amenities. It's perfect for groups of people looking for a convenient and large room for a party of 3-4, but don't expect much added other than some free coffee and use of items in the front entry area.

The place was clean and beautiful. Easy to locate and near the train station.

I really like it very much, the location is perfect walk to Kyoto station and Gojo station. There is Lawson and family market close to it beside coffee shop . The staffs were amazing and friendly. Also , one one the great thing about them is there is coin Landry machine .

Cleanliness, amenities, spacious

Excellent Location and view of temple, close to station and metro system, lots of things to do nearby. Excellent service and staff… great amenities provided in lobby include our over coffee, games, music albums, etc. very cool!!

Room was supposed to accommodate 5. Although bedding was provided, couch was so hard that a good night’s sleep was impossible. Lighting in bathroom was not the best for grooming and makeup. Strange propane like odour came from bathroom. Room got pretty dusty… a broom or mop would be great

Decent sized room with confortable beds and all the equipment you’ll need. Close enough to the train station so you can walk there.

The location of this property is excellent. It is clean, comfortable, and very nice. The staff are very helpful and accommodating!
