Very clean rooms and wonderful staff. Also very close to Kyoto Station! Would stay here again!

Great location. Breakfast is affordable and good.

We were not given the right number of key cards and then made us feel like we lost the missing key card. The rooms were very tight.

The room was spacious, the beds were comfortable, the whole place was clean, and a drinks bar!

Location, location

The bed was so hard and uncomfortable. Although the hotel rooms in Japan are small , this room was just that bit too small. Luckily we didn’t have to spend to much time in the room as we were out exploring.

A cozy, centrally located little hotel. The rooms are small, but nothing is missing. Goof breakfast.

The location was ideal, close to Kyoto station. Staff at hotel was welcoming and attentive. The facilities were modern and everything functioned well. Our room was compact and very tidy. Breakfast included a generous selection of both western and Japanese food. Free afternoon tea/coffee and drinks were available for guests.

The room was rather small for a couple travelling with two large suitcases. It was necessary to decide what to take out of the suitcases for a day or two and then store them under the bed, as floor space was minimal. With less luggage there wouldn't be a problem. Overall, the room was lovely and even had a view.

We loved our stay! Good location close to train station. 7/11 is few steps away. Quite despite proximity to train station. Comfy bed, nice pyjama, plenty of face/body/hair care products. But the best part was wonderful breakfast, really recommend to enjoy it.

A relatively new hotel that was comfortable. The room was the standard small for Japan. Very close to the train station which was convenient for me coming late and leaving the next day.

I would not chose to stay close to the train station if you are exploring Kyoto as most attractions are relatively far from it. I had no issue with the hotel.

Walking distance from Kyoto Station. Property is clean, spacious and bright lobby area with lots of seating area. Room is small usual Japan hotel standard.

- The staff are one of the most friendliest people you will ever meet- Amenities are plentiful and they do look after you during my stay- Location has plentiful places to eat and explore, it is near Kyoto station as well so the convenience is a bonus- The entire hotel is clean and tidy

Location is quite convenient and there's 7-11 just next to the hotel. Room was clean and everything is just in the right place with ingenuity. Though no clean service is provided for the guest who stay over two nights, it was not big problem since the clean towels were available.

Buffet breakfast was good value for money. Dishes were varied.

The front desk staff Ahn insisted that she had given me the breakfast coupons that I paid for and I said otherwise. I dont understand why she had to argue with me for 10mins (there were 4 coupons for our group of 4) when there would be.no benefit to us at all if I were lying. We were gonna stay for one night only. The hotel should train their staff on how to handle such conflicts ànd to always think of the customer's position while balancing with the hotel's interest.

Great location very near the Kyoto train station. Comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast (recommend getting the breakfast!), and an excellent staff. Bonus - I could open the window in my room enough to let in fresh, cool air. A favorite stay during my trip!

I LOVED it there!!! It was so beautiful and the bed was so big and cozy. The toilets were also high-tech and were also amazing! I really loved how near it was to the train station and all the sightseeing areas. I will definitely book this hotel again if I visit Kyoto!
