Pros +
- We appreciated the kindness od the staff. The Otho ryokan is good for forein visitors that want to do this experience. The position is very good, because there is a stop bus very near and, if someone like to go by walk, the Kyoto sattion is very near.
- The bathrooms were very clean.
Cons -
- Poor service. Felt more like a hostel with private rooms. don't seem to clean the rooms between guests thoroughly, I found lots of hair on the ground in one room. Lock didn't work; they put my bags in hall instead of reception after mix up on stay length.

The bathrooms were very clean.
