Everything was fantastic, great wifi, clean and comfortable

The room was spacious and very nice! We enjoyed the ability to control the air conditioning. The shower was spacious, pillows very comfy. Enjoyed the water in the lobby while we waited for our room to be ready.

Our room was right next to the laundry and the elevator. The laundry room had a very musty odor to it, like there had been standing water at some point. Did not feel comfortable washing my clothes in the machines if they haven't been maintained.

The location is ideal for bus stops and subway for travel within Kyoto and other cities. There are restaurants nearby and supermarkets. Only a mile from Nishiki Market and Teramachi shopping street. The hotel is off the main road hence very quiet. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Great friendly staff with enough English to communicate our needs. Huge lobby for heating food and break from daily walks.

Staff was super friendly and so kind.

It was very loud. Guests were either yelling walking down the hallways or the walls were very thin.

The room was small but comfortable (for me, one of the more comfortable beds of the trip). The location was close enough to things we wanted to do to be convenient even if it wasn't in the thick of things, and there were plenty of restaurants and bars in easy walking distance. Having laundry in the building is helpful (though there are only two each of the washer and dryer, and sometimes people take their one load of washing and split it into the two dryers, leaving people stuck for an hour with no way to transfer their wet laundry to a dryer. we saw it happen to other people and it happened to us as well).

The location is very good. Good value for money. The staff was helpful and the room was nice.

Lovely hotel clean quiet and wonderful staff

Easy to get to on bus from Tokyo train station once you work out which bus. Clean, quiet location but plenty of things to do and see locally. Cold drinks in relation area a nice surprise when we returned after a lot of walking. Group of 7 adults and a baby stayed in 4 different rooms. Good time.

It was near the bus stations which was great and the facilities were pretty good and clean.

Good location that was very accessible by bus or subway. For the price you pay, it is a very good deal.

The room was not very clean. My pillow had some black marks on it and the floor was pretty dirty.

Really close to the Main Street for the Gion Matsuri festival.

Not comfy. Room a bit small, bathroom too small. Fridge sucked and freezer was not working.

They didn’t have Yamato transport services :( I had to go to a 7-eleven to leave my bags

Very clean, great location, friendly staff

It was next to the metro/bus station and hade couple of groceries and restaurants close. Staff was helpful as our fridge was broken they changed it asap.

The room was small for a family with a child. We had one bed and everything for two. After talking to the staff they gave us at least a set towel more.
