The location is so close to public transport and at the center of everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful to load and upload my luggage. The architecture is exceptional.

It did not have a gym
The location, the friendly staff, the big room with all the facilities and amenities. Bathroom was big and clean. I think it was the cleanest hotel where we stayed up to now in Japan. Also, it’s very silent and it’s easy to relax. We could have breakfast looking at the garden, which was beautiful.
Some of the staff does not speak English well, it was difficult to communicate sometimes. Staff is very friendly, but everything is slowly done. The breakfast is delicious, both western and Japanese, but it takes 30m at least and it was not clear when we booked. Had to run a couple of times. We wanted to have dinner there but the latest we could book was 5:30 since last order is at 7. Too early for us unfortunately but I am sure it was delicious like breakfast was! Only real bad note, I have to say, was WiFi. It would not work at all most of the times, as if we were too far away from the main source.

Where do I even start!? We received such a friendly reception from the team here. We arrived early and they took our bags and told us to come back once the room is ready.Once we got into the room. WOW. It was beautiful. We've stayed at a lot of nice hotels and resorts, but this just hit the spot.They have the most COMFIEST beds ever. I actually want to know what the brand of the blanket and mattress was.The room was very spacious. Lot of room for us to move around. There was a table to work on, a bench by the window, an area to sit and watch tv and the beds were just - I can't get over it - a must try!The bathrooms were also very clean and spacious. There was a shower and a tub with a spa function! We even got to set up a bubble bath using the spa function. It was great!!The toiletries they provide are also next level. They had the best hair brushes I've ever found in a hotel.They even provided toddler toiletries and soaps. Very very thoughtful.

beautiful hotel , helpful staff but the highlight was the food . the rooms are comfortable and modern also fully equipped for your needs with a free mini bar which is great . you must book for breakfast the night before ( no buffet ) . I really enjoyed it

An a la carte breakfast option would be nice. We had the breakfast menu three times and both the Western and Japanese style were really great but almost too much to have a full menu for breakfast every morning.
