Location was great, walkable distance to Kyoto Station and there was a small super market near by.

Really enjoyed my stay here. I asked for a quiet room and they got it right. There was some construction going on, but it was barely noticeable.The staff were very warm and easy to talk to. There was an earthquake while I was there and, in hindsight, made for a funny anecdote (mostly me embarassing myself). The staff were completely calm and reassuring, which helped a lot.I also left my scarf when I checked out. They replied quickly, kept it safe, and helped arrange for it to be sent to my next hotel in Osaka. They kept me updated the whole time and made it easy.The hotel and the staff really emboded omotenashi. I’d definitely stay here again when I come back to Kyoto.

The lobby was very nice and the room was spacious. Overall, the hotel itself was great. It’s a good proximity from Kyoto station and a mall.

The room was mostly clean, just the bathroom door was a bit dirty. It’s kind of far from some of the main tourist spots (you have to bus/subway for ~20mins).

Cost is too high and does not reflect the facilities, no complimentary water, cramped space (but this is understandable), limited area for clothes

Room was clean and included a nice attached bathroom. Daily room service was nice.

Windows didn't open and were opaque. You couldn't even look outside to see the weather. Worse yet was the terrible internet service. During waking hours it essentially was useless.

Hotel is very close to the Kyoto Station, which has food court/restaurants and shopping.

The room is small but the bathroom is extremely small.

Room size - Extremely extremely small. Cannot move around much nor ideal for travelers with reasonable size suitcases.Bathroom size was also not ideal. Had an aircraft feel but with a bathtub. Double Standard bed just enough for 1 person

Clever design of room. Lovely view of Kyoto Tower. Everything works. I liked the microwave in the foyer and closeness of station and convenience stores.

Good hotel, nice price, perfect location near kyoto train station. Quiet area. Reasonal size rooms for japanese standards. Good beds (soft for japanese standards) nice bath/shower, and nice gesture to bring up the luggage.Unfortunately no english tv channels.

Very basic room, very small, floors not vacuumed. Bathroom was a tiny pod. Sold as a triple room, only one person could move around at a time.

The staff was super nice and helpful we also used their luggage service and it all went so smooth

The place is awesome and central, not much noise at night, its super peaceful and clean. Altho the room is small, but its good enough and worth the price in a prime central location!

The staff were nice and it was clean. The location was good for us to get to the public transportation. There was an accommodation fee so in case you don’t want to pay an extra, that’s good to know before hand. They held our luggage for us to explore in our last day in Kyoto.

Location was perfect, walking distance to kyoto train station, buses and subways. Good breakfast with enough options for westerners.

Omelettes are never cooked enough. They did have hard boiled eggs. Room was pricey for size.
