Location is great. The room looks relatively new. Quiet.

Entry instructions promised 10am morning of check-in, but not emailed until after check-in time. Lighting at mirror is can directed at floor. Night shirt is one size, relatively small. Door doesn’t automatically close. Directions to coin laundry are inadequate for English-speakers. Hot water pot is there, but no tea or coffee

There is no place to store the luggage after check out

The room was pretty small but clean and comfortable.

If it had bigger table I think it would have made a difference so we could eat in the room comfortably.

The building is nice, the reception area is decorated in Japanese style. The bathroom and the amenities also are superb. The beds are comfy and clean.

the hotel doesn't have a laundry coin facility.

The hotel is located near Gojo Station and is about 20 minutes walk from Kyoto station, so it is very easy to access the city and transport to the Kansai airport. The hotel is self-serviced, but the staff has guided every detail before the check-in day. Highly recommended!

Location, modern, clean and felt Japanese. Loved the dressing gowns and that loo roll, slippers etc.. on hand in lobby.

No teabags. Nowhere to empty our bin when full.Ground floor rooms had little airflow or windows.

The location is near train station. Accessible price. Nice bathroom and shower area. Quiet.

Carpet and walls were stained, looking not clean. AC was old and tricky to turn on properly.

Love the aesthetic and room style, easy self check in and out. Peaceful and quite street

The room was better that what I was expecting. It was bigger than the usual business hotel. The bathroom was superb, the bed was comfy and clean.

The location of the hotel was great.

The toilet had a weird smell to it and there was no fan in place to help with that. The room we booked for 4 adults was also pretty small for 4 adults.

Amazing rooms and lobby. I liked the self check I. Procedure. Very good and convenient.Area is very peaceful and quite with a cute coffee shop down the road. Just loved the room and decor.

Issue with bright blue light behind TV which caused difficulty sleeping at night. I covered with cloth.

Didn’t meet anyone and actually there was no noise, surely it was fully booked, but no noise from next door which was great.

bed was semi double? It was a bit too small. Floor looks wood, but it was a carpet and there are few stains. Also they can’t keep your luggages after check out which was a bit inconvenient for us.

Clean, comfortable and within easy reach of bus and train stations. WiFi in each room but took a bit of time to find the password as it was behind the TV! Not much storage and no window but otherwise an excellent choice of accommodation

The facility is quite comfortable, the only feedback is the bed sheets got dry stain when doing the pre check.No hook in the bathroom.Just a high light night time is very quiet, and is an unman hotel.

Good location. Could be abit more clean but overall okay.

Wifi sometimes unreliable.

This was a unique experience, no staff around, but they were very prompt with response on queries via message. No issues with entry codes or room codes, they were sent well in advance before we arrived. Hotel situated in a quiet neighborhood, cozy alleys and few izzakayas around.... Bus stop was very near for daily commuting and so was Gojo station.

Would have preferred a microwave and washer / dryer in the community room or something...

1.I liked how comforable the room was and the heating (AC) helped as well because it was freezing.2.Close to affordable restaurants and supermarkets as well as the metro station (Gojo Station).3.There's a refrigerator and a teapot4.A 15 minute walk to the popular shrines.5.The bathroom was great and there was hot water all the time. There was a tub and the lighting was also great.6. Everything was clean..beds/floor/bathroom.

1.Better and clear instructions on where to put our shoes if they didn't want them on in the room. 2. I understand the self serve concept, but more staff assistance when needed, maybe with the use of a video call or something for those who run into some trouble. For exampñe, our wifi wasn't working and they gave some troubleshooting information, but nothing worked. Finally they messaged us to turn tbe breaker on and off, but where they said the breaker was, there was nothing. In the end, they couldn't/didnt help us. No wifi during our stay.3. No microwave.
