Dormy Inn Premium Kyoto Ekimae Natural Hot Spring

Wonderful breakfast, evening noodles and ice cream included. The onsen was gorgeous and included an outdoor portion. Staff was wonderful! Every convenient for transit.

It is in a busy area near the train station - this was great for getting around town, coming from the Shinkansen, etc. but note that you will Need to take transit to many sites.

The cleanliness of the room and the staff who was kind, patient, and easy to communicate with despite our limited Japanese.

Great location, less than 5 minute walk from Kyoto Station. Amazing amenities - free snacks and Ramen every night. The hot springs onsen within the hotel is excellent, of course.

Rooms were a bit dark and a little bit dated. Lighting could have been better.

The breakfast and free late night noodle were great. The onsen was lovely and beautiful. Also located 3 min walk from Kyoto Station, making getting g around super easy.

The pillows were really hard and kind of uncomfortable. Shower in room could have been slightly cleaner.

The hot springs helped make me feel less sore while walking around Kyoto, and I really liked that they provide Yakult in the morning and ice cream from the afternoon to evening. I didn’t get to try the ramen, but it looked good.

Easy to find. Check in with a real person was nice. The room was big enough to store luggage and for 3 people to move around freely. The view was good. We were able to put our Netflix on the television which was great for my 11 year old. They did deliver towels daily and pick up your garbage. The beds had give no too hard. Close to train station, mall, and Lawsons.

No bed for my adult sized 11 year old. A tiny twin bed for two full sized plus adults was very snug and made for a long five days. You did have to pay extra to have your room cleaned. The room was pretty expensive for no room cleaning. You had to put your garbage and towels outside the door every morning.

Wow, this was one of our favourite city hotels. The room was surprisingly big and very comfortable. The onsen was gorgeous, I was able to go in with tattoos because they provided covers. They had all kinds of free amenities - we took more popsicles from outside the onsen than I'd care to admit. They were SO good. The location was very convenient and there was parking for a cost for the one night we had a rental car.

The room at Dormy Inn was superb—spacious, long, clean, and very comfortable. The headboard had charging ports, and there were plenty of charging points throughout the room, which was very convenient.The onsen was excellent, and the washing machine was free to use (only the dryer required payment). The room and facilities were well-maintained and comfortable.The staff, especially the receptionist, were outstanding. She helped me contact a restaurant in Osaka to keep my belongings for me, and even after we left our luggage in the lobby and came back later, they had already sent the luggage to our room. This level of care was very touching and exceeded my expectations.Check-in was smooth and efficient. At night, the hotel offers free supper ramen, which added a warm and welcoming touch. Overall, the hotel is very clean, comfortable, and extremely convenient due to its proximity to Kyoto Station. The staff are professional, helpful, and provide a truly pleasant experience.

location was perfect, just across from tokyo station, easy access. The bath facilities were very good, clean and accessible, but i could use a little higher water temperature.

weve just dint like the sizes of there bed, coz in the kobe dormy inn the bed for 4 members of family are good even the room are small, but in kyoto the bed are so small.
