It's beds, they were so HARD, I have to use the duvet cover as a mattress topper.
Really loved staying here! A couple minutes walk away from Nijo station and close to many bus stops. Room was super comfortable and spacious, even had a cute backyard. The room had a freezer, fridge, and kettle, which was quite convenient. Lovely and affordable place to stay!

The code entry was really useful so that we could check-in at any time. Being so close to Nijo Station made getting around Kyoto quickly much easier.
Couldn't find out how to turn off the sensor light in the entranceway to the room. Not enough pillows.
The hotel was well-located near a metro station. The three beds were a welcome addition for a party of three and the hot water worked well.
The beds were incredibly uncomfortable and the pillows were too thin. Wifi was spotty.
Clean and comfortable room, and the host at the reception was really friendly and was very accomodating by lending me a travel adapter that I had forgotten.

I loved that my room had a good size refrigerator, microwave, and hot water kettle. I loved having a bathtub. I liked that the sliding door was openable. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

Located well for Nijo station, can walk to Nijo Castle and the imperial palace. Room had a fridge, kettle & microwave. Very close to a Lawson & 7/11. Laundry facilities and place to lock up and leave luggage. Amazing cake shop next door.
