- Location and clean rooms and excellent wifi
- The staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is also good, just outside the bustling city center of Mbale. Breakfast was tasty and plenty of choice. Rooms were nicely decorated and well-kept.
Cons -
- The staff especially the night one was very unprofessional
- There were a few power outages, but that goes beyond the hotel's influence.
