- The air conditioning was very stinky when started so didn’t want to use it. The bathing area was stinky at first also but the smell dissipated as we used it. The refrigerator was not cold and cannot be controlled. Used ice to make things adequately cold.
- The only bad thing in our experience was that it smelled a little the room. But using the air purifier was better.
- Quality of coffee in the lobby could be improved, significantly.

It's slightly bigger than your regular Japanese business hotel; possible to open 28" hardback suitcase. Good location. Complimentary hot drinks in the lobby during the stay. Good value for money.
