    Pros +

    • Spacious. There's a konbini right outside and a bus stop just a few steps ahead. It's close to the Sakae area, which you could walk back if you stay out past the bus and train schedule. Close enough to Nagoya station.
    • Kuretake Inn has everything a business hotel has to offer - great breakfast with a lot of choices - public hot tub bath - free packets of lotions and coffee - big size (among japanese hotels) sleeping room - all immaculate clean. It is located just 10 minutes walk to subway and surrounded by every sorts of restaurant.
    • Very good breakfast. Great location. Google Maps took us to a sex cartoon thing around the corner but they showed us where our hotel was.

    Cons -

    • Night shift staff of my stay didn’t have a service mind. We went down to ask for a pillow for our elderly mom. We got a strongly refused from a that staff. He said NO NO NO and crossed his arms. Really looked a bad attitude for the hospitality service!
    • Public tub bath is small with only 3 shower points and the area of the tub only equals to 2 Ping Pong table. Ensuite toilet room is also a bit tiny. But they are what we expected.
    • Breakfast was ok, but not replenished.

Loved the on-site Onsen, bedrooms average for Japan. Indoor clothing thoughtfully provided plus a full library of Manga books for Japanese speakers. Free drink after arrival well appreciated!

Breakfast was ok, but not replenished.

The room is quite big compare to other hotels. It locates on the main road. This hotel has 2 twin beds type. Lawson combini is next to hotel. Hotel has small onsen (I didn’t use)

It locates between the 2 subway stations that 900 m far equally

Room was clean and the staff helpful.

Breakfast wasn’t as good as we had at other hotels

Excellent staff. Delivered luggage to my room while I was out sightseeing. Bountiful breakfast

About a 15-minute walk from the main train station. Located right by the Hori River—perfect for peaceful morning or evening strolls. Nice bonus: free drink offered in the lobby between 6–8pm.

Staff weren’t as welcoming as I’d experienced elsewhere in Japan. Not rude, just a bit indifferent—possibly due to long shifts. Also, no option for takeaway breakfast, which isn’t ideal if you’ve got early travel plans.

Good location, small breakfast buffet included. The building dates back to 2017/2018. The 15 m² rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathroom is small but adequate. The value for money is good.

The location, a 12 minute walk from Nagoya station

The "reward" for opting for no cleaning was a bottle of water. Surely the labour costs saved is worth much more than that.

Great location, nice staff, spacious room with a comfortable bed

Nice and spacious room, clean and super delicious breakfast.

    - the staffs were friendly and helpful although they are not familiar with English. - they carried my luggage to my room before I checked in.-I am impressed by the Japanese styled breakfast the hotel provided. I enjoyed it so much.- I was a solo traveler. The double bedroom room was spacious for me and the bed was really large.

-My room was on the 2nd floor so I could heard some noise from outside at night. Fortunately, no more noise when I went to sleep. Overall, I slept well in kuretake Inn premium hotel. - the address provided in booking.com is not correct . Also there is another Kuretake Inn around Nogoya station. It’s better to search with its name”kuretake Inn Premium Nagoya Nayabashi “ in google. Otherwise, it may take you to another Kuretake Inn. Please take an action to amend it as soon as possible.

The room was more spacious than i expected, new towels everyday and amenities are available downstairs. Staff were also very kind and helpful and allowed for stored luggage after checkout.

Breakfast ended too early ~930am and wasnt too amazing. Wifi was a bit slow and the lighting near the bed didnt work.

We recently stayed at Kuretake Inn Premium Nagoya Nayabashi Hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area.Overall, if you enjoy Japanese-style breakfasts, this hotel could be a great choice. But for those looking for a more diverse selection in the morning, it might feel a bit restrictive. Despite this, the service and comfort of the stay made it a good experience.

One downside, however, was the breakfast. While the food was fresh and of good quality, the selection was quite limited and mostly focused on Japanese cuisine. Many of the dishes did not have English names, which made it difficult to know what we were eating. It would be helpful if the hotel provided English names or descriptions for each item. Some international options like scrambled eggs, toast, or fresh fruit would also be a great addition for those unfamiliar with traditional Japanese breakfast foods.

Good room size, and clean, bed was comfortable, delicious breakfast, staffs are friendly and helpful, sufficient public car parking lots nearby.

I love the Japanese breakfast options provided by the hotel. There was onsen on site too. About 12 minutes walk to the nearest train station. Konbini store is just next door. The inn also can help to organise luggage transfer for extra costs. A pleasant stay. Arigato gozaimasu!

room is bigger than typical Japanease room. all amenities and desk lamp were provided including facial treatment and toothbruth. Public bath for male and female are also available. It is closed to Science museum, many restaurants and convenience store

the hotel is quite far from the Nagoya station, about 10-15 minutes walk
