Pros +
- very modern
- The check-in process was very convenient. The rooms were small but clean. Over all, the hotel and rooms were very quiet inside. We selected the hotel for its close proximity to Sakae Station. During the day, it felt safe when we were walking around or when I ran to Nagoya Castle and back in the morning with my daughter.
- Near station
Cons -
- bzthtub only fit fir children room is tiny red light district
- We selected the hotel because of its proximity to Sakae Station. That said, the two blocks around the hotel felt rough at night when we were walking back with our kids pretty late after seeing friends.
- The surroundings were dirty, and there was excessive smoking within the hotel premises and perimeter

Room was spacious and location of hotel was accessible to train and konbini stores.
Location and cleanliness
No connecting room or room for family
bathroom was super clean?, wifi was good too
just the location!! I had no idea that nishiki area is the red-light district?
There was a weird mix up with our room, very long story, but the staff was so helpful and I was very satisfied with how it was handled.
Would've been nice to have a view, but that's me being picky.
The room was clean and the cleaning lady was very polite and kind. The staff were very polite and helpful. The washing machine is very convenient. Location is ok and very accessible to shops, trains and buses.
Close to a lot of restaurants and night entertainment.Decent and clean rooms!
Room was clean, Staff was informative & helpful, The Location is in the center of Nagoya, The bathroom is quite big for Japan standard. The hotel is very recommended.
The hotel was new and very clean. The staffs were very kind.
The room was very small for the number of people I booked for.
room - really small & hard to move especially when packing or unpacking. room is cleanlocation - good. short walk to the station, restaurants, family mart & donqui
room was too small. hard to move.
From the start, I was greeted warmly and that continued through my stay. Anytime I walked in or out, there was a staff member at the front desk bowing. In the room, the layout was able to fit two large suitcases. I enjoyed having the choice of sanitized reusable slippers or disposable slippers. Although, other reviews made me worried, I had no concerns about cleanliness. The bed had a panel to turn off the lights without even needing to get up (my lazy day dreams came true). As I only stayed two nights, I figured I didn't need cleaning so I put the sign up that morning. When I came back later in the day, I was pleasantly surprised to see a bag with a new towels, PJs, toiletries, and tea bags. The hotel elevator felt secure as it required scanning a keycard to go up the floors. Laundry machines were free and it was easy to get a load started thanks to the clear directions posted.
By no fault of the hotel whatsoever, at times it would smell like smoke indoors. But once I went outside especially toward the afternoon there would be people smoking on the streets.
The room is equipped with travelers’ necessities. With a common microwave, ice maker and vendo in the floor - it was very convenient. Bed and linen are comfortable. My kids had a good sleep. The location of the hotel was also good, accessible to shopping area and the Nagoya tower at night is amazing, all walkable. The restaurants around it are really good. Specially the yakitori place right down the hotel that opens only at night until early morning is highly recommended.
The lobby smells badly of cigarette smoke. The kind that sticks to your clothes. Thankfully we didn’t have to wait long for check-in as it’s really bad, I feel sorry for the reception people. The room can be a bit more cleaner, carpet can be vacuumed thoroughly as there are quite a few clumps of hair. Shower curtain also smells musty, might need changing.
Nice bed and pillows for its price point. Super convenient location. Staff can communicate in English
It's rather close to the bar/pub district.
The location is awesome, very central and many nice places nearby. The room was clean and the furniture was pretty new. The staff is very professional.
The room was really small, but we knew that so it was ok
There are more than enough toiletries offered to all guests, a comfortable pajama to sleep in, a tight but comfortable bed, and a very clean bathroom. Even though the room was small, it had all we needed for 2 nights in Nagoya.
It is a big hotel with no lobby, so to be able to sit down before going out or during check-in, can get tight, as there is little space for all guests.
Was perfect for 2 nights, neibourghood very lively, hotel was nice and clean, rooms as advertised! We could leave our bags before check in.
Just like all of the hotel rooms in Japan, it was small, but it was really nice! The bed was probably the most comfortable bed I have slept in during my 2 months of traveling Asia. Not only was the mattress extremely soft and comfortable, but they also had multiple nice pillows to choose from. Additionally, the bathroom was exceptionally nice.
There was a desk chair in the room that was fairly low to the ground. It was comfortable enough, but really short. Also, it would have been nice to have a little more space in the room, but that is pretty much true of every hotel room I stayed in throughout the entire country of Japan. Only once did I ever stay in a spacious hotel room in Japan. Clearly that was an exception to the rule. LOL
The room was very modern, clean and a good size. Beds were comfortable with the best pillows ever. Easy walk from the train station and close to restaurants. Not far from multiple convenience stores. The staff were very friendly.
We did enjoy our stay but the foyer smelled of cigarette smoke which was overwhelming - but the rooms did not smell of smoke at all, thankfully. Also, the area had a few late night “adult” spots so there were a lot of security guards and patrons on the street after dark. We weren’t concerned for our safety but I wouldn’t say it’s a family friendly area.
