The breakfast is simple but good enough for the price. It is very clean. The hotel is relatively new. What I like most is the very central location of the hotel.

The staff were very helpful & friendly even with the language barrier. Our rooms were very clean, and I appreciated all of the eco-friendly options. The breakfast was delicious!

I enjoyed my stay at R&B Hotel Nagoya Shinkansenguchi. The location is quite good, the personnel are polite, and all the amenities have been provided. Breakfast was good!Price/Quality ratio met my expectations.

The receptionist was very accommodating and helped me with directions to the train station for an early departure. I have a comfortable short stay in Nagoya.

Super nice staff, great location, room comfortable. I finally had some daylight because I could've opened the curtains, which was amazing after so many dark rooms ? coffee and juice available in the lobby in the afternoon l, very nice

The breakfast was very basic, but there's nothing really wrong with that.

Stayed only for the night, but liked everything. Room was nice and clean, comfy bed, everything needed in washroom (towels, shampoo etc). View from window was nice, not on the noisy side of the road/central station. Personel was nice.

Was a bit confusing to find (it was much closer to central station than google maps showed if using underground mall exits). Would be great if hotel could provide map/information which exit should be taken to reach them faster.

Location is not bad, however there are roadworks done around the station, so abit of reroute walking distance.

They are able to help receive Amazon delivery and are able to help me to keep luggage for a return stay. The front desk staff Fujimoto is being very helpful and friendly. She gives me the best impression overall. However, because of single use, the pillow given is only one piece, and they are very small and thin.

Value for money, not too far from Nagoya station.

The road on the way to hotel is under construction. A bit complicated walking through.

Nearby the hotel has road construction, therefore the walking distance to the station is slightly more .Besides, the hotel didn't provide clothes fresheners which usually Japanese hotels will provide.

Great hotel for stay in Nagoya. Conveniently located about 10 minutes walk from Nagoya station. The room was small as commonly expected of most Japanese accommodation, but it was sufficient for a couple and young child. The staff are friendly and very accommodating.The hotel also offers breakfast valued at 700yen, which was an excellent deal for the breakfast items on offer, and free amenities such as toiletries and pyjamas for its guests. Overall, I will recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Nagoya, and I will stay again in future.

Attentive and kind staff, promixity of the hotel to restaurants and train station.

I liked that it is close to the station. Also, it is close to some of tasty restaurants and food stores. Overall, it was a kinda pleasant experience.

I didn't like that it was far from a supermarket. I am not a big fan of conveneience store prices and selection of goods. So, a near supermarket dould've helped.

If you are carrying large bags it might be a little long distance from the train station, however it suited us just fine.

The hotel is located 5 minutes from the train station, which is very convenient. There are a convenience store and restaurants nearby. A good place for a business trip to spend the night and move on.

Breakfast is tasty but the choice is very limited: bread, curry, and salad. That's all. The room is generally clean, but the wall above the table is stained with drops of splashes. The staff is friendly, but during check-in the front desk employee almost left me without a previously paid breakfast voucher. Also the room wasn't cozy. I felt like I was sleeping in a hospital room.
