The elevator stoped on the 2nd floor every time you head to your floor or going down so staff can greet you.

Room was small but ok as per Japanese standards. Bed was not comfortable, only two pillows were kept… breakfast area was relatively small compared to the people … stay was okay could have been better…

Breakfast! We love the breakfast everyday, though it was served so simple but there were a lot of choices, best for me was the sausage and egg. Croissant too! My husband loved the yougurt served everyday with fresh fruits on the side.

There was a bit of smell from maybe the smokers, I don’t know how come we were on the 12th floor but as soon as you get out of the room we smell cigarette smoke. Also please have new pillows, too thin and not comfy at all.

The breakfast was tasty, and we had a good time choosing between the different options. Also, the whole place was pretty clean, and we could not hear any of the traffic sounds that were outside in the streets.The hotel was pretty close to two busy main streets, so we were happy to be protected from that!

Unfortunately, the bed's width was insufficient for larger bodies.The rooms are said to have a double bed, but it was pretty hard to fit two adults into them. Please provide measurements to clarify how large the beds are... it's a Japanese double and they are only slightly wider than a twin bed, we thought!Also, we had a hard time turning off the heated toilet seat. It was hot when we were in Nagoya, so we had to ask a technician to help us in the hotel. A bit embarrassing...

I liked the breakfast, the library cafe with complimentary drinks, the location, the bed. Pillows are too small, but they gave us a bigger one, thanks!

Room layout, it felt very cramped and there was little space to keep our clothing or other things.

The room was spacious enough for our needs. The breakfast was very good with enough variety. It was good to have a grab bar in the bathtub. Quiet and very clean. Close to a subway station.

The bed is uncomfortable, the pillow is uncomfortable (very thin). The air conditioning makes too much noise to be turned on at night, there was a constant sort of buzzing noise that came from upstairs all night.The room is small and you can barely open your full size suitcase here, the desk chair is uncomfortable and wasn't properly cleaned. Some of the other tourists (I think mostly the Chinese tourists) tend to make a lot of noise in the corridors early in the morning and late at night. The sound isolation was also bad, which didn't help my sleep.The breakfast was alright, but nothing special.
