Sparkling, clean, rooms are well appointed.

Bfast menu can be better esp if you are there for a few days. But overall, good breakfast!

The room was beautiful. All of the amenities were lovely, and it was extremely clean. Staff were kind and quick to help with any issues I had.

The only issue I had was there was no option for non-caffeinated coffee. Every hotel I have stayed at recently has caffeine-free options, as there are many people such as myself who cannot consume caffeine due to heart/health related issues.

The property is clean, spacious, beautiful view and very good breakfast.

It was too hot inside the lobby. Bar closed early. Location around it was dark. Front door entry way in from street is dark. No airport bus. Lobby is so high.Lobby is crowded.Bathroom sink should be enclosed.At least have another mirror on the other side of sink mirror. Place to hang 2 bath towels.Needed body lotion

The hotel had a very good view of the surroundings, it was clean and it provided adequate amenities kits in the rooms.

They could have provided complimentary breakfast as part of the hotel booking. Most hotels have complimentary breakfast.

The location was not convenient. It was far from the main train station we needed to use, and also hard to get to the lobby and room (multiple elevators) and easy to end up at a dead end.

I’m not a fan of atrium style architecture for hotels.

The hotel feels very modern and stylish. The staff was extremely attentive and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is great for exploring Nagoya, and the view from the room was truly spectacular.

The room can feel a bit cold, especially at night. Also, the noise from the trains can be noticeable — if you’re sensitive to sound, it might be distracting.Overall, it’s a beautiful and comfortable place to stay, with excellent service and a fantastic view, but light sleepers should keep the train noise in mind.

Everything.After staying in miniature Hotels in Japan finally I felt I had room where I could feel open and the possibility to stretch.All well kept, clean and comfortable.

Never stayed quickly left

The directions to get in the 2nd bldg were not clear. We were standing outside for about 15 mins it was and it cold until someone answered the message on how to get in the bldg.The room is small, cramped, and has an odd odor. Felt very cheapish giving off cheap motel vibes. We had to enter bldg 1 to check in and stuff was piled up along the wall. I Wasn’t a fan of the neighborhood either. I left and stayed somewhere else. Very disappointed

I, my wife, and our two children stayed in a deluxe corner room on the 36th floor for several nights, and it was a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered an amazing panoramic view of the city. It came with all the necessary amenities, including thoughtful touches like pajamas, which made our stay very comfortable.The location is about 1 km from Nagoya Station. While it may sound a bit far, the walking path is very straightforward and easy to manage even with children. For those who prefer not to walk, there is a local Aonami Line station directly connected to the hotel building, which is convenient. However, trains on this line run less frequently compared to JR lines, so timing is something to keep in mind.Hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and they could communicate in English at a level that was very understandable, which made check-in and daily interactions smooth. Room cleaning service was neat and consistent throughout our stay, keeping everything in order.Breakfast at the hotel was one of the highlights — truly outstanding. There was a wide variety of options, including local specialties such as Hitsumabushi, Miso Katsu, and Maguro sashimi, along with international choices like gelato ice cream. The only small drawback was that the menu remained the same each day. A little variation would make it even better, especially for guests staying multiple nights.Another highlight was the executive lounge. It was exceptional — with a wide range of beverages including alcoholic drinks, and delicious selections such as beef stew, cold cuts, and fresh fruits. It provided a relaxing and elegant space to enjoy food and drinks while taking in the views.Overall, our stay at Nagoya Prince Hotel Sky Tower was very enjoyable and memorable.

Not very walkable to busy area

You can take a short 1 stop local traing to Nagoya Station or just walk which is what we did most of the time. This is a very clean high end hotel. Very comfortable.

My family loved the view, cleanliness, and spacious room. It was close the metro station, which was awesome. Great staff, we loved our stay.

Amazing front desk staff. Great club lounge experience with wonderful snack, hors d’oeuvres , and drink options. The chef and staff were creative, kind, and helpful.

I wish the dinner time was extended.

Beautiful hotel with a great city view from our room on the 36th floor. Room was clean, fully stocked with amenities, and had a fantastic shower. Quiet, safe area with lots of restaurants nearby. Only downside was the dinner buffet—15,000 yen per person felt too pricey, so we skipped it. Wish we had more time to enjoy the stay!
