Just Inn Premium Nagoya Station

It was clean and staff was nice helpful even when they speak English they was willing to try and communicate with me without being upset. I’m thankful for that.

Wi-Fi was very bad, I had to use my phone 80% of the time, bed wasn’t as comfortable but decent enough to sleep in.

The rooms are clean although rather small and we have access to the coffee machine near the reception area. We're pleased with the change of towels and the making of beds by housekeeping.

We booked 2 rooms but we're given rooms on different levels which is rather inconvenient for us especially when we share toiletries.

Great location, friendly staff, and tasty breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable. The pillow wasn’t my favorite, but my partner liked it.

One minor point: the hot water from the machine sometimes came out slightly brown with a coffee taste, as it seemed to mix with leftover coffee unless the machine was flushed beforehand. Perhaps it would be better to provide hot water for tea separately.

Very good price. Location is great too I think. Not too busy in the city but still in the city.

The location is walkable to subway station. The staff are attentive and very friendly. The room is super clean with "SEPARATED AIR CONDITIONER". Breakfast is beyond my expectation and there is a free coffee time (welcome drink) in the evening until late. There are ice machine , drinking water machine and vending machine too. The parking lots are also close to the hotel with special discount rate for hotel guest.

Like most hotels in Japan, the elevator is small, and very limited.

Very friendly staff. Free water bottles at check in. Pretty good choice for breakfast (though not everything was there all the time) and all very tasty. Room size completely satisfactory.

There was only one elevator and you had to wait in the morning and could't get on it the first time. We were leaving early with luggage and had to spend extra time to get to 1st floor.

The booking page said there was parking but 6 spots that are 1200yen per day is not providing parking for an entire hotel. It would be nice to at least direct customers to additional parking. This is a major stressor for my husband and will make or break a trip.

The location was great. It was within walking distance of the castle and the train station. The rooms were comfortable and we had a nice view from our room.

The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. At this point in our trip we had already had a few hotel buffet breakfasts and this one was by far the worst. The staff was really friendly, but seemed a bit confused. We thought they might still be training. When we needed a new room key it took 4 up and back trips to our room for them to get us a working key.

The location of the property is 10-15 mins walk from Nagoya Station which is very good. Staffs are approachable and kind and they also accommodate requests. Basic needs are provided. Overall, my stay was a good experience.

Central enough I could walk pretty much everywhere. Clean. Helpful staff. Good price.

Breakfast had local specialty foods. Was clean.

Far away from the main attractions, which in summer feels 5x further to walk in the heat. The price was high for the quality in comparison to Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka hotels with better prices, better food, and better locations. Staff were nice. Rooms are spacious and clean. AC takes a while to cool down.

The room rate was excellent and overall everything was good. I think—but I'm not completely sure—we only had one pillow each. That was the only thing missing for me. Otherwise, everything else was great: good location and nice restaurants nearby.

The staff were friendly. I liked the location. It was close to the subway/train station and not far from a drugstore and convenience store. The room was small, but comfortable. Overall, everything was great!

Staff are very nice, spacious room, comfy pillow.

The hotel is positioned next to a river. Walking along the river there are stores and bars and restaurants. Room size is small but not too small. Kind staff.

Small cozy modern room not far away from Nagoya station. Room felt very clean and modern.The hotel is next to a smaller river. However, my room wasn't on that side, so I can't comment on the view.Convince Stores and metro station are near, and the city is reachable in about 15-20ish min by feet.They also provide different pillows for guests to choose next to the reception. While I didn't use that service myself, I saw many other guests trying out some of them.All in all I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend this Hotel. ありがとうございます

Very nice hotel with friendly staff. The staff on the front desk spoke very good English.The room size is above average compared with other hotels I've stayed in Japan and also very quiet.I like that the desk in the room doesn't take much room while still being useful.I found a couple places to visit on the TV guide that weren't on my list, so that was nice.The hotel is in a pretty good neighborhood.The price was super good too. This hotel is nicer than other much more expensive ones I've stayed.

The refrigerator didn't seem to get very cold. That was not a problem, though

Goog location, not too far from the train station, a bit small but comfortable room. Amazing staff who helped us send our luggage to Matsumoto so we could walk the Nakasendo trail starting from Nakatsugawa. Another highlight is the varied japanese style breakfast, which included eel (unagi), which was really good! I would definitely stay here again on another opportunity.

The staff was excellent, they spoke a very good level of English too. The room was the best one out of all the places I stayed in Japan, and since the price was among the lowest I paid, this was a very pleasant surprise. I loved that these rooms had split floors to take off your shoes and switch to slippers, no other hotel I stayed at did such a thing. It really made me feel more connected to the culture to have that, and kept the carpet in the room cleaner as a result.The size of the room surprised me, and inevitably led to the next room I had feeling small again. Significantly, the bathroom was nicely sized too; especially the tub which was large and wide enough to comfortably shower and bath in. The TV was nicely sized and positioned across from the bed in an ideal spot. The hotel's TV guide led me to Inuyama Castle, which I did not know about before and ended up being a highlight to see. The music that the TV played when entering the room was very peaceful and made the room feel upscale.The bed was very comfortable, the pillow was a little weird but I did not bother to go rent a free pillow from the lobby because I ended up sleeping just fine on the default pillow anyway. The light switches were on the bed's headboard, which was very convenient; and the desk was a nice size; with a ledge at the back, which was useful for setting apart small daily items like vitamins. The room itself was very pleasant to spend time in, and since my trip was halfway in by this point, I did spend a couple days mostly staying in the room to unwind and just relax with TV, I found this the perfect room to do so. Chukyo TV became my favourite TV channel (I later was bothered to find out it isn't available in Tokyo), and I enjoyed seeing stuff like Japanese dubbed Star Wars after getting in from a visit to the Sky Promenade.

There was some dust on the back of the TV, but this was nothing unique to this hotel, it seems to be common everywhere. The biggest complaint I had here was that the refrigerator did not work for safety temperatures for food. I liked to have milk every morning and would usually buy a couple of liters from a local Konbini, but upon realizing the first morning that my milk was tepid, I realized the fridge was not working at all. I found out some hotels just have fridges for "drinks" and they don't actually work at all, and certainly won't keep food like milk to a safe temperature. Luckily it wasn't far to buy smaller portions of milk at the Konbini each day, but it was a weird detail that marred an otherwise perfect room.
