    Pros +

    • very good location, next to subway station and shopping areas; very clean; polite staff
    • The hotel is located next to the city center, but it’s also far enough to maintain some tranquility. The service is great and the room is very clean. The charged breakfast is a nice surprise with a wide range of Japanese breakfast selection. Overall a great stay
    • Staff was attentive in checking us in to our rooms even when there was a self check in machine. The breakfast selection was good with local specialties and great value for the price. The public bath was also clean and well stocked. The public bath information and instructions were in English and other languages. The guest room towels are restocked everyday (left on guest room door handle on non-housekeeping days). Guest room was big enough to open two carry-on size luggage to have a little walk space but probably not for a check-in size luggage. All the facilities for laundry, public bath, vending machines, ice, and microwave are conveniently on the same floor.

    Cons -

    • Room is a bit small for more than one person. It would also be better if the public bath is tattoo friendly.
    • In the hotel’s guest room bathroom, there was a slight odor probably coming through the vent or pipes? It was negligible as we mostly ended up using the facilities in the public bath and dressing room/bathroom/sinks and most of our day out in Nagoya.
    • Room a little small for a family of 3 with luggage.

Amazing indoor and outdoor onsen. Good breakfast

Room a little small for a family of 3 with luggage.

The hotel is close to the train station as well as excellent shopping and dining. I was able to stay in a universal room that was completely wheelchair accessible. Probably the best accessible room I’ve ever been in. So many thoughtful touches that made it wonderful like the lowered hanger area, the large hand mirror, the shower. I would love to have that shower at home! Also, they already had a shower chair in there, I didn’t have to ask to have one brought to the room.

The wash/dry cycle for the laundry takes two hours and my clothes were still damp when I pulled them out. I had to hang them in my room to finish drying.

The location was perfect, really close to the subway station and couple of bus lines. The room was perfect and well equipped, breakfast was ok as well. There is a laundry room too which is super convenient.

    Nothing in particular

The size of the room was perfect, it was very clean, there were plenty of amenities, and the commute from the nearest subway was easy!

    1. New and modern hotel;2. 7-11 located just outside the hotel;3. In-room, secured safe deposit box (under sofa);4. Great location in the center of the city. Walk everywhere;5. Laundry facilities and public bath (no tattoos allowed) on the top floor;6. Bedroom window opens to allow fresh air inside;7. Starbucks coffee located just across the street;8. Entrance to Hisayaodori subway station (Gate 4) located just outside the hotel;9. Nice room lighting options;10. Large, comfortable bed and linens;11. Quality blackout shades keep room dark in the morning;12. Complimentary toiletries available at reception;13. Complimentary sleepwear provided;14. Very easy check-out process.

    1. 3p check-in time is later than usual;2. Can't use public bath if you have tattoo(s);3. LED lights from television and aircon panel distract from sleeping at night, but I was able to cover them with black electrical tape;4. Using hot water at room sink reduces pressure to a trickle (room 907).

I liked the location, very near to the subway. Local attractions are walking distance. Bed is decent and very comfortable. The TV has netflix and other apps. The public bath is very clean. Breakfast is great.

A bit expensive, but youll get what you pay for.

Love the location It was near everything by walking or subway If you want coffee nearby or grocery store around the corner

    - very close to the station- easy check-in/out process - room was simple yet sufficient- in-house sento was nice

    - pillows were too hard and uncomfortable- shower curtains smelled a bit musty

    9BenchamasPosted on: 5-20-2025

The Onsen, the modern look , relaxing sofa in twin room.

No place to get together and eat our own food.

    9MyoPosted on: 5-11-2025

I stayed Standard Double Room for 5 nights in April. I really liked design of room, openable window and comfortable bed. Location was also so convenient. I really enjoyed Hisaya Odori Park, Cafes and restaurants near the hotel.

The Public bath was nice but last 2 nights I couldn’t use it because it was so smelly. They should have checked up more diligently.

    8HabětínekPosted on: 4-21-2025

Breakfast, very nice onsen bath, great central location

A lot of noise in the hotel room coming from outside on the streets, check-in only after 15, a little expensive for what it was

    10CharlottePosted on: 4-10-2025

Great location in Nagoya with easy access to Oasis 21 and Central Park. Nice and clean rooms and great facilities with laundry and the public onsen on the top floor. Breakfast was great each morning with lots of options for Japanese and American style food.

    9SmithPosted on: 4-8-2025

We had a three day stay. The hotel is located near good restaurants and the castle. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and quiet.

    9LeePosted on: 4-3-2025

Public bath was good, but rather small.

I booked for 4 nights but on 4 separate bookings, however I paid upfront for all 4 nights at 1 go. The staff insisted that since it is 4 separate bookings, I would need to change the card key for each different night. I find that this is rather inconvenient and inflexible of the hotel to have to inconvenience the guest. Hotel should be more flexible to allow the card key to be used throughout the stay. This was allowed when I did the same for other hotels.

Prime location, very close to the station and there is a very nice shopping mall (Central Park?) nearby. The decor was good and everything was pretty new and it was probably recently renovated. The public bath on the top floor is also well maintained.

The room was quite small even for Japanese standard, there’s not much space for maneuvering.

    9LaurenPosted on: 3-24-2025

Comfy room in a great location handy to stations and a convenience store . Our room was tidy and bed and pillows were great. We didn't realise there was a public bath on the top floor which was a nice surprise. A staff member was able to help us with forwarding our luggage to our next hotel which was a great help. The lobby also smelt delicious! You could even buy the fragrance to bring the smell home with you :)

We hadn't realized we had booked a hotel near a clubbing area, so it felt quite rowdy on some of the streets in the weekend evenings when we were out and about. We would have loved a little more space in the room to be able to open our suitcases more easily. Also one side of the bed was next to the wall, with no outlet there, and it meant that person had to climb over the other to get out. All minor nitpicks, we would stay here again!

    Very clean. Onsen is amazing.

Room a bit too small. Cant fully open size L luggage
