Excellent services and amenities, staff spoke very good English and the location is unbeatable.

There could be noise pollution from the street at times but nothing that would keep you awake.

I read the reviews about the hotel before choosing it. Your satisfaction really depends on your reason for traveling. If you are on a business trip to Nagoya, it’s similar to standard business hotels. We chose it because of its location and proximity to Nagoya Station. The room was clean. But overall, it was okay. The staff were nice, and the Japanese-style breakfast was good.

The comments were correct about there being a smell in the room — it seems like it may have been a smoking hotel before.

The hotel is clean and affordable

Our car didn't fit in the hotel parking so they recommended a parking which is quite far from the hotel considering that we have a child with disability.

Dirty Room, there is even a trust under the bed like empty pack bottles, and chips.

The location is perfect, less than 5 minutes to Nagoya station. There is a convenience store next to the hotel and a Starbucks across the street. Really easy to find and get around Nagoya. The hotel staff were really nice and helpful. My WiFi wasn’t working but the staff were quick to amend this. They also kept my luggage before check in. The room is a good size and had decent storage space. There’s nothing to fault this hotel, would stay again.

Location is very strategic as it is 5mins walk to shops, stations and restaurants. Moreover, two main tourist attractions (namely Nagoya Castle & Toyota Museum) are nearby. Public chargeable parking is conveniently next to hotel despite its location so near to Nagoya m main station and high rise.

Room is small and old but clean & neat.

The place is ideally located, a mere 300 meters by foot to the train station. Staff was very helpful as I had sent my luggage through Takyuubin to the hotel.Aside from reaching all facilities easily, there's also a konbini located literally next to the hotel for all daily needsThe place felt comfortable and modern

check in time was too late and check out time was too early, should be more flexible and minimum charge.

Central location near the train station. Rooms were small but comfortable. Beds were comfortable.

The kettle was old and difficult to use. It took a long time to boil water.

WiFi is very weak or none, room is small, can not open two 29” luggage, took 30mins to boil 300ml hot water.

hotel ignore my request for early check in. I reach hotel around 12.30pm request for early check in but being rejected. request again at 2.30pm again being rejected even 1/2hr they are so calculative....

The location is really good, just opposite to the elevator from Nagoya station exit 10 connect to L2 exit. So it was so convenient to travel with luggage and baby cart! The breakfast is a range of standard.

Location was really good. I enjoyed walking underground street. Lots of good food. I used the laundry machine, helped me a lot.

Room and facilities are old (e.g. there was no electricity kettle. Instead, there was a small IH and a metal kettle. I could make some hot water though, feeling no good use them)No security for elevator.I had chance to talk to two staffs at front. One seemed not friendly, the other one was nice.

The location not too much far from nagoya station.The facilities is good enough for 7000yen price.

The card for acessing the room just 1.So when we need to go out for a short time, i cant keep the heather on

The breakfast was overpriced, but you could eat all you want. No tea or coffee provided in the room and the Wi-Fi was poor. However, there are many places to eat just two or three minutes walking.

Breakfast is normally served at 7 a.m., which can be a bit of a late start for people who have early flights. However, there were times when breakfast was served at 6:30 a.m. without prior notification.
