Nagoya B's Hotel

One of the best hotels I've been to in Japan. Excellent breakfasts, large onsen, free coffee. Quiet and in a good location. Very friendly staff.

Very good location and with pay parking (charge is reasonable)

They only provided upto size L yukata which did not fit my husband.If they can provide at least up to size 2L that will be great.

I loved the massage chairs, lounge, sauna, weight room, and breakfast! The room was good enough for me, and I also loved the clothing set that came with the room.

Great, big room, breakfast included, loved the spa.There's a shuttle bus to/from the train station, which I was not aware.

The staff was friendly. We got cleaned towels and some cleaning every day. The second floor with all free services including massage chairs.

Not knowing about the tattoo policy in the spa/sauna/ hot rock bath beforehand. I specifically chose this hotel because of this so I was extremely disappointed when I was told you cannot use those facilities if you have any tattoos. It's not indicated clearly at all ( I didn't find information about that online when I made the booking ) , it's also not indicated anywhere in the documents from the hotel or in the hotel. The staff only asks you and informs you that you cannot use them if you have tattoos once you check in.

Coffee machine and ice maker in the foyer were good.

! found the location of the hotel a little difficult as I was using the underground to get around and it was about 600 metres to either of the nearer stations. The included breakfast was very basic compared to offerings at other hotels of a similar price.

The breakfast was quite basic - bread, eggs, pastries, soup, yogurt. So decent but not extravagant. The facilities on the second floor included a lounge with a fireplace, which was unexpected.

The bed was comfortable, I also liked the public bath and that there were other facilities on the second floor. Staff was super welcoming and nice.

There was only a small variety to choose from at breakfast. My bathroom was a bit dirty, also the room had a strange smell first. After opening the window and using the spray it was ok.

Good location overall for the hotel and the staff were fantastic and very helpful. Room was decent size for Japan, bed was comfortable.

The breakfast included is a bit too simple with not much varieties.

All the staff are friendly and sincere.The room is quite spacious.The onsen is well facilitated clean. All the other facilities are well equipped.

The breakfast seems to be a bit simple.

Although a 15min walk from the train station, you feel quite close to everything. The location was perfect for us, quiet yet still felt in the heart of things. The staff were very accommodating and the facilities were awesome. Especially loved the massage chairs and the reading library. The breakfast options whilst not a lot were more than sufficient. There is also a shuttle service back to the train station should you need it.

But our group did enjoy the onsen/spa within the hotel & though breakfast is only bakes of the day, some soup, juice & coffee, it was suppose for a quick bite before going out.

I booked 2 weeks earlier than my aunty for the same single room & she paid est S$360 for 6 nights with Expedia while I paid ~S$540 with booking.com. Price delta is just ridiculous. Hotel is also a tad far from subway station, at least 15mins walk to Meitetsu Bus Center & 25mins walk to Nagoya Station.Staff speaks limited English, but they try their best.

Very small room, toilet very samll along with shower.Someone smoked in our room so we had to ask for another room.

Public bath was nice, they also have many other things like massage chairs, bedrock bath, lounge area. The free breakfast was also good - good selection!

The staffs were very nice and helpful even we can't communicate in Japanese. The common area and facilities were in good condition which was a bonus for people who stayed there. (free drinks, hot bath, massage chair, shuttle bus, etc.)The hotel offered free breakfast daily. I agreed that was not much options but the bread and soups were toasty.

The toilet in the room which was built up 1 feet higher than the floor. it was not convenient for me.

I like the room, the location, and the facilities especially the hot spring.

The only problem I had is that the staff did not ask for the currency to be used when paying with credit card. I would have liked the bill to be in yen instead of my local currency

Nice location, the facilities were great, with hot bath, gym, massage chairs available to use. There was also a free shuttle bus which took you from and to the station which was very convenient! The staff were also very helpful and the breakfast was lovely!
