    Pros +

    • EVERYTHING! The full Japanese buffet breakfast was a good deal at only 1,300 yen and it was full of Nagoya area dishes. And if you just wanted eggs, sausage, and 4 kinds of great bread, it was there as well.
    • Staffs are very polite and friendly. Night ware is cotton and nice.
    • Wonderfully clean and comfortable bedding! Amenities are self service and plentiful, room is also stocked more for business traveller types (cool pants presser!) location of hotel is a little farther then expected from JR station exit but walkable with luggage.

    Cons -

    • Just a 5 minutes walk from the train station.
    • Laundry machine seemed occupied and dryer does not dry cloths too well.
    • Room a little small for 3 pax but beds were all comfortablely sized for sleeping so it's a trade off.

It was close to Nagoya station, restaurants and convenience stores. The welcome coffee station was a nice touch. The staff was very warm and welcoming

10 minutes from the Nagoya station, good buffet style breakfast. Room quiet and clean

Clean Facilities, Big room although the space usage isn't good because I could barely open my 26" luggage. Great varieties of amenities.

Only two washing/drying machines. (not separate, but washing and drying inthe same machine and one wash takes two hours.)

Amazing staff and hospitality. Better than even some of the 4 star hotels in the area. Very accommodating. Room checkout extension for a reasonable cost. Good coffee for free, especially the fact that it is latte. All amenities provided - exceeded expectations in this regard.

Just that the room was much smaller than expected.

The hotel was clean, as a business hotel this hotel provides proper facilities for business traveller such as microwave and coin laundry, trousers press inside the room, nice amenities guests can choose at the front and electricity plugs so quite convenient for travellers to charge their devices.

The location was good. Keep in mind that it's kind of far to travel with suitcases in tow from the shinkasen but it was a good location for the metro. The layout of the station is vast. The closest stop is actually the stop down from Nagoya on the yellow line.

Our first night we had a stain on the outer comforter but the staff allowed us to change rooms. I initially asked for a new comforter but it was difficult to communicate this.

Quite convenient around, close to Nagoya station, lots of restaurants, stores…

Luggage wheel sound never stopped during sleeping, no kidding. I was in jet lag, hard to sleep.

Perhaps because we came from a trip with lots of walking already, the location (though it looked close on the map) was actually way further from Nagoya Station than we imagined. The hotel is located conveniently around many car rental companies and public car parks (paid), making it easy for planned day trips out of the city. Just opposite the hotel, was a surprisingly popular / famous ramen bar (Shishimaru). The entire hotel experience was fantastic! They provided pajamas (alike traditional Japanese hotels) that were really comfortable, the toiletries are in the lobby for your picking and the bed and pillows were amazing. The rooms were brilliantly clean (no allergies to dust mites at all) and spacious. The staff were really patient in assisting with our enquiries, some of them using an AI translation tool, and went the distance to help us understand local parking regulations etc.

Location — near malls, restaurants, conveniene stores, and stations

The room was small. It was difficult to open up our luggage on the flood.

A 7-minute walk to Kamejima Station if you want to explore Sakae , 13-minute walk to Meitetsu Bus Center where the buses to Shirakawa-go and Nabana No Sato and the Limited Express going to and from Chubu International Airport are located. Breakfast buffet is also good, except that they do not serve bacon for breakfast. The room has a bed that can accommodate 2 adults and a 12-year old child with no additional cost for the child. Across the hotel is a good ramen place called Shishimaru. A few steps from the hotel is a convenience store called Daily and a restaurant that has the word Curry on it which was still open when we arrived around 12 midnight.

The staff was super friendly and helpful, they were very patient in explaining to us the whole process of sending our luggage to our next hotel. It's pretty close to the main Nagoya Station, fairly OK walk even with big luggage. The room is not super spacious but we were aware of that, it would be just fine for people with smaller or less luggage. The amenities were great, we could get as many as we wanted over at the reception and it had a bit of everything.

    Very clean and tidy. Comfortable.

A little bit far from the train station

    10eleonorPosted on: 11-11-2024

Kudos to the staff, they were very courteous and accommodating. The room was a bit small but very comfortable, i love the bed, the cleanliness, the view of shinkansen, and the aircon that we can set to our preferred room temperature.

Busy business Nagoya hotel tucked in between two “super” hotels. 8 minute walk from Nagoya station. Clean, tidy, efficient service and exceptional breakfast. Not the cheapest but convenient location is worth it! Also kid friendly. Highly recommended! This is the place to stay when visiting Nagoya!

    9WendyPosted on: 6-29-2024

Location is good with premium hotel service and serve drink at cafetaria. Staff is very polite and good service too.

    9ThanutPosted on: 5-26-2024

Very nice rooms for the great price. Convenient location. Many parking lots nearby.

For small children, distance to station might be a little far.

    8Huey-FangPosted on: 4-24-2024

The hotel is new and clean. It was a 8-10 minute walk from the train station. The check-in was easy and the staff was friendly. The room is small but comfortable for a short stay. The breakfast was good.

The small room and the high price.
