They are very accommodating with luggage storage and let us use the shared bathroom facilities even before check-in. That was a huge help. And yes they even accept luggage shipped from other places. The place is fully equipped with high-quality amenities just like a premium hotel.

Just note that luggage storage is strictly limited to check-in and check-out days only but we understand why.

Bathrom is little bit dirty and not clean white towel in the room.

It’s bearable for a short night and staff are kind but definitely don’t expect too much.

Although it was nonsmoking, the room had a strong smoke odor. The bathroom also had a strong musty smell to it.

The bed was comfortable, and the staff was helpful in leaving our luggage before checking in when we arrived early. There were many restaurants nearby, and it is a couple of minutes away from Nagoya station. Also, laundry was available with self-service amenities.

Great for those who are just stopping by for a night. Hotel with city view. Facilities do not appear to be recent, but apart from that the room appeared to be clean. There are plenty of restaurants nearby that are open for late arrivals. The hotel has parking but I think it is very expensive considering there are cheaper ones nearby.

The location is excellent, very near the station and the pickup point of day trips. Staff was nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

Hotel is a bit shabby and old. Air conditioning in the room is either on or off. No independent temperature control in room. Opened the window to cool the room.

I booked this hotel as it is near the meeting point of one of my group tours. It is budget friendly, few minutes walk away from the station. The place looks old, there were stains in the carpet. I can feel the springs in the bed. The staff are all friendly and nice. There is a nearby convenience store. This place is okay if you are on a tight budget.

The hotel is okay, good value for money if you're mostly coming to sleep. However, staff at this hotel was incredible. They were super helpful with any of my many matters. They also sent my luggage to the next hotel which I did not expect from a 2-star hotel.

The hotel is a bit old but it is complete with toiletries, slippers and other things you need. The size is big enough and very comfortable to stay in. Very close to Nagoya station! There are also a lot of restaurants around.

They will only clean the room after 3 nights but they give fresh towels everyday.

Very uncomfortable bed. Room felt drafty even though aircon was off. Shower was annoying to use as the shower head pointed towards the wall and wouldn't stayed turned.

They have everything you need inside your room, in a perfect location. I will definitely stay there again.

The cleaning is made every 4 days!!! this is too much. They said that I could have my room cleaned, but I would have to leave all my stuff in the reception at 11 am, and then return to the room at 3 pm. That is the low point of this place. In a very small room, cleaning is essential, at leat every 2 days.
