Hotel S-plus Nagoya Sakae

Affordable and location.

The building is old so don't expect too much. The room is still clean and i still slept wonderfully, and for the price, it's perfect.

Good hotel. Main criteria were location and city transportation accessibility. Everything was within reach. Staff was very friendly and very helpful

Good location

No air conditioning and no WiFi in the room, it was constantly stuffy and unbearably hot during our stay. The worst part was that they only emptied the trash but didn’t make the bed, and even they didn’t close the door properly afterwards which was really unacceptable and dangerous! We will never choose this hotel again!

- right smack in the middle of Sakae area- walkable distance to restaurants, department stores, shopping areas- facilities and amenities are just what i need- good value for money- around 600m walk from Sakae Subway exit 5- 24 hours reception area- excellent staff service

Receptionist very friendly & helpfully..near with sakae station just walking around 8minute..area peacefully and easy to access any shopping shop

Room size and room clean staff are good.HKs staff are very attentive to guest.Reception good service try to help with everything you asked for.

The public lobby toilet need to fix and more clean.

Location is good, walking distance to oasis 21, subway, shopping mall, plenty of food choices nearby

The staff is really kind, there was daily cleaning, and it was really quiet. It's near bars, clubs, food, very very convenient

Filthy hotel

Te hotel was extremely dirty, filled wirh stains on the walls and the bed sheets were dirty as well. The bathroom was filthy and filled with mold. I wouldn,t recommend anyone to stay there.

Check In was easy. We were able to store our luggage because we arrived earlier than the check in time. The room was really clean and big enough for 2 people. We had our own bathroom with a nice shower and shower products. We even got a pyjama at the check in for the night for free. Public transport was easy accessible.

the only thing I didn't like was that we couldn't check in before 3 pm. But it wasn't really a problem, because the hotel offered to store our luggage for free.

Easy access location with Lawson, teishoku and ramen just downstairs. And 5 mins walk from Sakae station. Staff are friendly and helpful.

More attention to detail would help, mould in the bathroom and dust in the air vent can be cleaned easily

Convenient location for what we needed The staff were super friendly and helpful. They also stored our luggage for us before check in time. Free coffee is always a bonus. The laundry facilities were great aswel.

Short distances to subway. Easy to find the hotel. Shops are nearby and price was good.

It was a bit difficult with language barrier but that's it. No power sockets were not available near to bed.

No amenities in the room. AC is centrally controlled. No phone inside the room to call reception ?. Was difficult to unlock the door since they still use keys. No instant coffee in the room or tea.

It was walking distance to many vibrant areas in central Nagoya. Food, cosmeds and shopping was easily accessible by foot.The hotel wasn't great or huge but the amenities I needed were fulfilled.The luggage keeping area looked safe too.

Almost none. If anything, I arrived mid day and the bin in the guest toilet near the lobby looks a bit dirty...

Particularly, a male staff for night time is literally Omotenashi with his smiley face when facing me at the consierge. also pleased to have been serviced by one of them speaking my language: Korean-Since 2016 when this hotel had its previous brand name, I have stayed here on every Nagoya visit as a single guest. Hope the hotel keeps its affordable rate as much as it can :)

in-house facilities were out of fashion, but not of an issue while staying. wifi connection not satisfactory, which needs maintenance on priority.

Nice room and in the center of the city. It was easy to walk to and find. Small room, but perfect for someone travelling and just needs a place to sleep. Desk worker was very kind and helped to recommend us somewhere to eat dinner.

Bathroom was small and the lamps in the room werent so bright.

The location is good, the staff was friendly and spoke English.

The place looked really old, mold on the toilet, stains on the wall, smelt smoke all over the hotel.
