Chisun Inn Nagoya

Location. Paid breakfast was just Okay.

Too small room for the price, bedsheets didn’t feel fresh, bathtub wasn’t clean and had black stains.

Walking distance from Meiteitsu train station and was quiet…

Mold on the ceiling and walls of my room!

It was affordable and in a convenient location.

The hallway light was shining through a crack between the door and wall. Aside from this, I don’t have any complaints.

Dirty, smokes smell, poor quality worn out furniture, wall, paint ......

Very close to the station. Clean. Pleasant staff. Cool retro looking place but provides all modern amenities. Still uses real physical keys. Minimalist and uncluttered.

It is very close to the station and it was really cheap.

The room smoked to cigarettes and it was clear that it hadn't been cleaned properly.

The location can't be beat. Just a few minutes walk to Nagoya station. The only visibly clean thing in the room was the bed and it's linens.

The room wasn't very clean. The TV remote was very dirty, there was a ton of very visible dust on the wall above the bed, the desk was also quite dirty, and there was black colored mold visible on the upper part of the toilet seat.

The staff were always helpful and welcoming. Breakfast was good. The location was good. Room was comfortable

It was as small as stated in the description, but was clean and comfortable enough for what I paid. Location was very good.

Little mold in the bathroom window, and the toilet stinked a bit. The bathtub as a shower booth was a little too tiny but again, it was all okay and acceptable for the money. The pillow was too hard and high and was not for me, but the bed linens were clean and comfortable.

The location! It was a short walk from the train station and also to shops and restaurants, and easy to find. There were also several parking lots for guests who drove.The room seem smaller than the standard ones in the same category. There was no kettle though but there are dispensers on every floor with hot and cold water.

The parking was payable, expected.... but they would not allow you to drive in and out during your stay there. Then what is the point of having a car? I want to be able to drive to places a bit farther away and come back and park at the hotel. As long as I register my car and pay for the duration of the stay why should there be a problem. The hotel will know how many cars registered and would not exceed the numbers of lots they have.The room was very small. I had barely any space for luggage. I had to put a smaller bag on the fridge at the far end near the window. There was a switch for air conditioning but hot air came out instead of cold. I was better off without. Not the most comfortable stay. Next time I would pay more for a better hotel.

Just a few minutes walk from Nagoya Station. The staff were all friendly and I was allowed to check in before the check-in time.

Nothing. It was great value for money.

Limited choice biased towards Japanese, Korean, Chinese preferences.

Hotel is donut shape. Rooms on inside (next to the "hole" are wedge shaped and very small.

Many thanks to the Chinese speaking waiter, she helped us a lot, helped us solve our own troubles, it took her more than an hour, she has been patiently helping. Very good girl, thank you!

cheaper than any other hotel

Even though they say non-smoking room, the room smells like smoking-room…stinky:(((

A very short stroll with luggage from the train station; easy walk to get food and close to a Lawson for supplies. We used it as a way point for an overnight rest in our transit from a long weekend in Mie before heading down to Hiroshima, and it was adequate for that task.

The room is small even by Japanese standards, and the decor is dated and tired. Noise intrudes from the corridors, with lots of activity from quite early in the morning. Sleeping in would require ear plugs (which they supply, to their credit)

The service is good but the price is too high.

Too expensive for the quality. Almost the same price as the 4-star hotel of the same franchise but for a super basic room.

good location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. can’t complain for the price.

a little worn and not 100% clean, hairs in the bathtub. hot water available on the floor but a kettle in the room would have been nice.
