Staff are polite and good while the hot spring is fantastic. Free noodles and ice pop are wonderful after the hot spring. I appreciated much that the weight scale is also provided at the lobby for checking the luggage weight.

Though it's just a few minutes walk from the subway station to the hotel, but it will really make you sweat in summer.

The open hours of the public bath were a bit short. And i mixed up the hours for the bath and the sauna so I missed a day of using them entirely, which is why I chose this hotel. But my schedule was a bit odd so it couldn't be helped

Really loved the hotel. The public baths were excellent, a large one inside and a small outdoor one to cool off a bit. Close to the Nagoya temple and lots of pubs and karaoke within walking distance

This is a good hotel with a nice staff, but it's kind of overpriced and crowded now.

Pushy clientele. Busy, busy, busy. Not so relaxing. I guess their success has kind of affected the experience

Very convenient location across from the train station exit. Friendly staff that spoke English. Enjoyed the various pools and sauna. Larger than average rooms that allow for more than one suitcase to be open at a time.

Unfortunately, the onsen facilities were very crowded during the two nights we stayed. There were limited lockers to store our clothes while we used the onsen.

The goods available at the exit of the onsen, the manga library. The free drinks in the common space. the service and friendliness of the staff.

We paid for three people (two adult+one kid) and we only got a small double bed. They didn't have any extra bed nor sofa bed and we could barely sleep. Everything else were awesome though.

Courteous and attentive staff. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Cleaning staff was efficient. Near subway line.

Fantastic place, wonderful staff. Great, surprisingly large rooms and bathrooms- great set up. Sauna was amazing, incredibly kind staff gave my partner what he needed to cover his tattoos. The location is very convenient very centric

The pads they offered to cover our tattoos to enter the spa were really really hard to remove, we recommend to bring your own pads instead.

Location, location, location! I wanted to be in this neighborhood so that I could walk to museums and a flea market at a local shrine. I also love Dormy Inn's and have stayed in many other cities

I used to book this hotel group since my first time visited Otaru in 10 years ago. I am stilling finding the way to get their pillow, the pillow they have is wonderful, it gave me a very deep sleep. At that time, they had vending machine to buy the pillow which I missed the chance to get it, but this time when I get back to this hotel and surprisingly found they have online store to get the pillow, I have no hesitation to bought it via online. Onsen is their competitive advantage compared to other hotels, and also they always set up the hotel nearby metro station which is so convenient for travellers. In addition, the complimentary services are offered so well, like free noodles and ice cream to enjoy mid-night after finish onsen.

I hope they can offer the service for international post card mailing. It’s so old school style but full of memories when you get the post card from somewhere you’ve been.

They have a hot spring inside and outside of the building. I was looking forward to enjoy it, and it was really nice! It deserved to try when you stay here. This hotel is not a high end one, but the cost performance is awesome.?

Great location, fun perks with free ice cream and yogurt drinks - and a great breakfast.The staff was very helpful and nice, there is also free laundry machines.We had a great time and would stay again!

The breakfast buffet had a great selection of local food! And the free onsen, free ramen, free drinks, and free popsicles were delightful surpises that will keep us coming back. The rooms, despite being on the smaller side (which is normal in Japan), were clean and comfortable with complete amenities (including pajamas). Location was great! It's near the subway station which is just one stop away from.Nagoya Station. And it is within walking distance of a shopping area (Sakae) where you can find the department stores and other shops.

The rooms were clean and solid.

The women’s Onsen was crowded and filthy the water looked like weak tea.

I have booked this hotel for a short journey in Nagoya. In the description, we can read « All guests can enjoy the spring bath on site. »… but apparently when you have tatoos, you are not be part of the « all guest »…I have travelled 3 weeks in Japan, in older places much more tradicional than this modern hotel and apparently more open-minded and happy to welcome foreigners…Just for a one night room the price was excessive !Very disappointed !

1. Problems at the Check-Ina. I was the one who made the booking but the hotel stuff couldn't find my name, LIN CHI-MIN, on their check-in list. They only found the other guest's name, CHO HSIAO-MIN on the list. b. process of checking in took about 10~15 minutes for the front-desk stuff to get the rooms for us.2. Amenity seemed not well-prepared. For the room booked for 3 people:a. Only one water bottle was provided. b. Only one slipper provided. c. Only one towel set was provided. To me, it seems the hotel gave us the room ONLY for 1 person3. no smiling face at the counter! I know stuff are all very tired given the high occupancy rate. however, I think it's crucial that they should have smiling face regardless of good or bad day they have had. Please ignore this one if this is too much to ask for.
