Price is reasonable cheap for its location

It’s quite old hotel.

Location was great, 8-10min walk from Nagoya Station. Room was more spacious than most business hotel. There's a restaurant on the 1st floor and convenient store as well which was very nice.

It was clean with multilingual staff. And the amenities. Also loved the bathtub.

The room light was too yellow and unadjustable.

Allocate two rooms on the different floor for our family while I travelled with kids. Besides, they allocate a smoking room to me while I requested a non-smoking room.

Compact room - Breakfast can be better. Breakfast restaurant staff are good and helpful. However, have to be reminded to re-fill dishes.

Variety can be a little more at breakfast. Little more storage space for luggage will make the hotel room ideal.

Convenient location, great amenities, ensure to book non-smoking rooms if your are a non-smoker which we received according to our bookings, staffs were very helpful and accommodating.

The hotel does offer laundry services, and coin laundry service, but the coin laundry service is too few for a hotel of this size.

Good location a short walk away from Nagoya station, convenience store at the building.

Near the main road, so expect to hear revving bikes and sirens occasionally. Kettle takes a while to boil.

Bed was a bit hard

The staff was nice, the room is clean. Besides the Japanese options, the restaurant has adapted western options of food also, pretty good.

They only provide 1 bottle of drinking water, and the restaurant has very diluted coffee in one of the days.They don't have a smoking room/area.

Bad

We booked room for 3 people, booking was confirmed and we paid for 3 people, however got very small room with just one queen size bed and were told thar there are no rooms for 3 people available in the hotel at all. So misleading information which resulted in fact, that 3 people had to squeeze in one small bed.

The hotel is located quite near Nagoya stations, including JR, Meitetsu and Kintetsu. The room is also comfortable.

5 mins walk from JR Nagoya station. Right next to a convenient store. Room was relatively spacious. Quiet room was assigned as requested. Like the desk with functional plug. Room slipper quality was good.

Property located at centre and close to train station. There is a parking complex next to hotel so you can drop your car there. There are many restaurants/cafes around property. Many young people were gathering at Friday night so we found difficulties to get good restaurants. The vibre seems great.Staff were good. Room is clean and tidy overall. Wifi runs well. Bed is ok. The air-conditioning runs hot at night even we lowered the temperature. They were still serving winter system.

Room was a little bit small when you have two big bags to unload. Other than this, everything is good.

Close to Nagoya stations. Breakfast is good and yummy.

restaurant just down the first floor and the food is delicious. restaurant is very clean and comfortable and cozy which makes me feel really relaxing all the time.

the food can be more choices especially for western foreigners

Price is acceptable. Near to train station from the airport (Turn right and go straight) . The sign is big, easy to find it at night.

Compare to Daiwa Fukuoka, room is small and just provides very simple breakfast.
