The location was close to the subway station and there were many restaurants and stores nearby. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful.

No. Everything was as I expected.

We stayed here for 3 nights. The location is OK, a lot of convenient stores but this area (Nishiki) is night life area not so quiet. The staff were nice and helpful though not fluent in English. The room is not small as we anticipated and we were quite comfortable staying there. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was quite large compared to other hotels. The onsen on the top floor was nice though not large and only indoor. Breakfast was quite normal and limited as we had to go to coffee shop nearby and they provide only set of bread,egg, small salad and drinks. The good part was room price which was quite reasonable and not expensive for weekend rate.

The location was ideal to visit Nagoya city, It was on a good location to visit all the different areas. Close by public transportation and to restaurants.

Close to the subway and shopping malls. A nice bathing facility is located on the top floor. Luggage storage is available. A nice breakfast was served at the nearby cafe.

Location is very convenient. It’s near the subway station and a family mart store. The hotel staff even helped us to book taxis from the hotel to airport.

Very clean, value for money and the onsen was great! Location is convenient to sakae and the airport bus. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We stayed over the weekend and we had a great sleep.

At the city center and near train stations. You can get the amenities in the first floor. There is an onsen and free ice cream.

The rooms are small. I stayed here twice already. The room which is good for two people is really small. Can open your luggage one at a time only.

Very centralized location. Nice onsen, space to sit and view city, vending machines and free popsicles on top floor.

Very nice place in central Nagoya. Everything was clean and comfortable. The vouchers for Komeda Coffee’s morning set made for a perfect light breakfast.

It was very clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and the location was good. Only a five-minute walk from Hisayaodori subway station.

There was not a lot of space in the room for large suitcases or to put away clothes so it might be inconvenient for a long trip.

They have wide selection of pillow to choose. A little onsen. The location is very convenient.

The staff was very kind. We really enjoyed the onsen. They had all the toiletries available. It’s a very clean establishment.

A fantastic business hotel, lovely facilities, toiletries and great hair dryers in the spa (and in the bedroom) - and of-course a shared mineral bath to use. There were lots of complimentary products available including PJs and extra pillows.

All staffs were very king and friendly and they'd always been trying to meet our needs.Nice location, comfort room, amenities and facilities, I would love to come back.
