Overall it was okay, the room is actually very spacious. The location is also okay but there’s a lot of construction going around the area so it was a bit hectic but otherwise it’s good.

It looks a bit run down but for the price point it’s okay. There was only one pillow on my bed, but fortunately found one pillow on the cupboard so it works.

Good location near the train station for our train to the airport in the morning.

Modern style hotel, clean, just only 5 minutes walk from Nagoya Shinkansen Tokai exit.

Breakfast is good however this area is tiny. We stayed for 4 nights, in every morning have to wait around 10 - 15 minutes at the hotel lobby until the seat available.

Convenient to Nagoya train station and walkable to tons of restaurants. Staff friendly and good amenities.

Not as many amenities as DR in Tokyo, they wouldn’t allow me to get a coffee from restaurant if I didn’t purchase full breakfast.

Very nice area, close to station, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, I like everything. Perfect to stay.

Proximity to Nagoya Station made our trip easier. The rooms were clean and modern with comfortable beds and good AC.

There were only 2 laundry machines for the whole hotel. They were almost always in use. I had to do my laundry from midnight -2am.

The location is just prime. It is about 6-7 minutes walk away from the Shinkansen exit of Nagoya station, it was really easy to get around. A lot of shops and restaurants nearby all in walking distance. Staff were helpful and friendly, a lot of complimentary goods like all Japanese hotels. The room can comfortably hold 2 people. It is a little bit older but the benefit outweighs the negatives. Really nice for a quick stay in Nagoya. It is also the best priced out of all the other hotels near the station.

Very close to the station just 3-5 minutes walk. Nice staffs.Breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and comfortable. I love the pajamas.

A steep flight of stairs to get to the entrance of the building. Very small room and small window.

The hotel was very clean and the room was big for Japan. We were very close to the train station which made it easy to travel with luggage. We were a little away from the centre of the City but we were only in Nagoya for 2 nights to do a walk in Nakasendo. There were places eat close by the hotel too

There was really nothing we didn’t like

Great location except that the name of the hotel was not displayed on top of the building as the building itself displayed another name except when you approached the hotel that can only see from the hotel ground floor area. So it was hard to see the hotel from far away, this is the disadvantage of the hotel. In my opinion, Hotel name is a must to display so that guest can see it from far preferable on the top of the building. Overall the hotel location was great and easy accessible from Nagoya JR Station and hotel staff as well as the room size was quite good. I gave a thumbs up for the hotel.

Very clean! It is just 4 minutes walk from Nagoya Taikouguchi exit. Lawson is just there too(few steps away).

Poor signage on roof top. Unfortunately I don't know Japanese so difficult to find the hotel without a English sign.

The room is quite small. But the location is good. There is a convenient shop nearby and many eateries.

Location is very good, short walking distance to the train stations. Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful.

Room is a bit small and not enough space to open up 2 luggage bags. Bed is too soft and there's no extra pillows. Should provide more English TV programs or have English subtitles for the Japanese TV programs.
