Comfort Inn Nagoya Sakae

Close to main street if town. Clean and quiet.

We loved this hotel - the location and the size of the room were so welcomed after some smaller hotel rooms on our wider Japan trip. Beds were so comfy, and the area is fantastic with easy access to shops, the Nagoya Tower and Subway stations. The welcome drinks and soup station also a hit. Wouldn't hesitate to book here again!

Very convenient and comfort hotel.It situated in the center of the city, which closed to sopping malls, restaurants and the park. The room was quite large. The bed was comfort and soft. Internet was stable. Staffes were kind. Love to stay here, Thank you.

Location is good, in the heart of Nagoya, close to Hisaya-odori park & Sakae station, easy to go anywhere.Wifi is good & fast. Staffs are also nice & helpful. The bed is comfy & the room is clean. There is also a complimentary drinks on the 2nd floor.

I had a great stay at Comfort Hotel Nagoya Sakae. The location is excellent—just a short walk to the subway, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and shops. It’s also very close to Oasis 21 bus station, which makes getting around the city really convenient.I also loved the free unlimited drinks, from soda and coffee to hot chocolate, soup, and even smoothies. The hotel is spotlessly clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. There is also a Family Mart connected to the hotel.Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Nagoya!

One thing I didn’t like is that the hotel strictly limits the number of key cards per guest, even if you’ve booked an additional room. I found this surprising and a bit inconvenient. There was also a slight language barrier at times, though it didn’t affect the stay too much.Overall, despite these minor issues, it’s still a solid and enjoyable place to stay in Nagoya.

A friend recommended this hotel to me and I was not disappointed. Sakae is a great area to stay in Nagoya, close to the action and lots of good stuff! The room was larger than I expected at this price point. Very clean and professional, too. If you take the correct exit, the hotel entrance is <50m away. I will stay here again for my next visit to Nagoya.

The hotel is just a few meters from Exit 2 of Sakae Station. The room is clean and equipped with everything a leisure traveler like me needs.

The internet connection is unstable, and even late at night, you can hear the cars speeding on the main road where the hotel is located.

The room size is spacious and has a sofa in one corner. One sink outside is very practical. Big TV screen with Netflix app which you can log in with your own account and automatically log out each time you turn off. Great location. It’s opposite 24 hour Donki store and only 200 meters to Bus terminal

Fantastic location by Sakae station. There is also a family mart connected to the first floor of the hotel. Lovely room and exceptional service.

I completed the online , I presented the QR code I received after filling out all the information online. It was scanned and.... nothing. So, they had me enter my phone number which it recognized. Then, the staff asked me for my passport... Boo. I'm a permanent resident, so that's not needed. Then at the check in counter, I had to enter all the information I had already entered online.The hotel doesn't have any breakfast available (no restaurant) ; the lobby is just a small area on the second floor.There are much better alternatives than this hotel, such as Toyoko Inn, which was unfortunately fully booked. I won't use Comfort Inn Sakae again.

Very convenient location. Drink bar was extra special, and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was supper small. My wife dropped her earring and it fell under the bed. Oh know the space under the bed was so dirty with things from past guest and probably 3 layers if not 4 of dust! So dirty under there it was good it was the day we were checking out.

Difficult to find when walking from the subway. The entrance is not large or very obvious (until you know where it is). Just keep your eyes up above - the hotel signage is on the second floor.
