Location was great as it is near the restaurants and shopping malls. Its also a few blocks from the subway. The room was spacious enough. Great extra service from the hotel as there is free flowing coffee and some snacks during the afternoon.

Location is very good for sightseeing. Just plan your route well as not all the train exits have escalators or lifts. Lots of food options nearby. Very comfy room even though it is the standard Japanese size.
The hotel is just two stations away from Nagoya Station, and the nearest local station is only a 3-minute walk. It’s very convenient, with convenience stores and restaurants nearby.
Air con worked well, the bed was essentially a giant computer with lights, temperature control, and every plug / charging port you could imagine!
The room was clean. When I entered the room the basic necessities like toiletries, slippers and towels were already prepared.
The ventilation was a bit noisy.
The location is great, close to Sakae subway, Central Park, shopping, restaurants, Oasis 21, and the TV tower. The staff were very helpful. And for an inexpensive hotel in Japan the room was a decent size.

As a frequent guest, I was disappointed by service inconsistencies, disrespectful attitude of one of the staff and an offensive remark regarding Japanese law.
We loved the locality of Sakae. Very near to the subway and places of interest. There were lots of good restaurants around and the donuts in the afternoon were a lovely treat.
The facility is close to shops , train station and restaurant. It is easy to find and it is relatively quiet compared to the other hotels I have booked in Japan in the past.
They did not change the bedsheets for the whole 8 days we have stayed.
The room was nice, decent size, nice tv The snacks which the hotel provides at 3pm called totetes was a nice addition.

Love the location! There are so many shops, malls, and restaurants in the area. There's also a subway station near the hotel. 10/10!
The TV is not a smart TV, so you end up watching Japanese TV. But you are not there to watch TV right? Lol! I think that is the only con. But overall love the stay!
