the room is clean but cleaner some what absent minded and often miss out items for two persons and we need to go to the reception to make additional request. Bed is ade but no change of bedsheet. refuse bin need to be bigger in the bathroom

The staff was so kind and helpful. They gave us water and stickers and even called a taxi for us. They were the best staff I had my whole stay in Japan.

It’s a clean, convenient, and simple business hotel.

It was too expensive for the services provided, and included no breakfast, even though the other Meitetsu Inn has an included breakfast and cheaper price for the same accommodation.

Hotel staff was friendly and polite. Room amenities was ok except for the size of the room. We liked that you had an option for daily room cleaning. The hotel was close enough from the main station/subway.

Rooms were uncomfortably small. It is even smaller than the usual Japanese budget rooms. The area around the hotel wasn't as family friendly as we would like since it is surrounded by bars.

Clean and comfortable, close to the station, convenient to find restaurants with many choices.

Room is very small. There is no walk space for the second bed to the bath room. You wlll need tocross over the other bed.

Lovely little hotel, friendly staff with everything that you need for a short stay. Great location, close to the station and a shopping mall with bars and restaurants. Would definitely recommend.

It's location is near to everything you need. Kombini, train station and restaurants. I like that they provide pajamas instead of robes.

We were given a smoking room and it really stunk. Carpet in the room is outdated

Reception staff was NOT welcoming. I booked and paid for 2 rooms for my wife’s 3 elder sisters and niece. I was there to ensure the check in for them was ok but was bluntly told their hotel policy doesn’t allow me to be there. They insinuated that I was trying to stay there illegally by warning me I couldn’t go up to their room or be in the hotel.

The location is really convenient! The staffs are so nice and kind.

The wifi in our room was weak a little bit.

The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom felt compact and clean. There were lots of amenities to choose from, which was kind of the hotel to arrange, and the nearby rooms were quiet at night.

It was difficult to adjust the room temperature, as when we tried to adjust it to be a cool temperature it would say eg: 24degrees but still be warm in the room. We tried to adjust it all throughout the night to no avail- alas!

This hotel is not easy to find - the entrance is almost concealed - but it is very close to Nagoya station. There are no public rooms at all and the reception area is small and cramped. The rooms are small too - but that is normal in Japan - and perfectly adequate for one or two nights' stay. Nothing exceptional but good value for money.

No particular grumbles. This is no-nonsense, relatively cheap accommodation. Not for the 5-star customer but it did the job for us.

All else satisfactory except aircon vents need some cleaning.

The location is perfect. Only 5 minutes walk from Nagoya Station.

Room was dusty, the lamp cover was covered in dust and mold. We were having allergic reaction for the first 2 nights. TBF, we couldn’t be bothered telling the staff.

Staff were very attentive and there were plenty of amenities to make us feel comfortable.Amazing location, just a couple minutes from Nagoya station
