Bed was against the wall which was a bit of a pain.
Public Bath and breakfast.
Cost of car parking to high.
The breakfast was amazing, so many different awesome foods. The potato mochi was my favorite. The public bath was very nice too!
Just a little far from the train station, but it was worth it!
Friendly staff, comfortable room and a large bath to enjoy.
A bit far from the stations and the area surrounding it’s kind of sketchy, although not really dangerous. No sauna, they should have one.
All the staffs are very nice, polite and helpful. I didn't ask for room service but everyday a laundry bag will be hanging on the door with fresh towels and bath clothes in it. Very thoughtful. The breakfast is in Japanese style, delicious and healthy. With various choices.
All in service,staff,room,loc
We like the place near in fast food
The staff never smile even you talk so cold the treatment to the guest
The staff were the most friendly and helpful I have ever encountered. Breakfast was included in the price. The room was quiet, spacious, clean, and contained a variety of amenities. The bed, however, was the most uncomfortable. The linens were clean and crisp, but a hard board and thin mat were disguised as a mattress. I did not sleep well.
The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Upon closer inspection, I realized it was a hollow box topped with a thin mat/futon inside a "mattress." There was no spring to it, so it was uncomfortable to sleep on. For the price, I expected a real mattress at least.

Very reasonable business hotel, located not too far from the center of town.
