Hotel Route Inn Nagoya Imaike Ekimae

Breakfast was fine. Room was clean and wifi was stable. Parking was available onsite.

Parking is through lift system. It takes awhile to park and retrieve car.

Great breakfast, convenient location near multiple stations yet quiet.

A city hotel with public bath, excellent and unexpected ! All facility are clean and comfort. You have everything that needed.

The breakfast is very good. The hot spring is very good. The hotel staffs are very nice and very helpful to us.

The breakfast choice was great - it changed daily- there was so much variety. High standard of hygiene - thoughtful placement of plates etc for buffet style- all kept clean. The tables were constantly wiped and all restaurant staff were so friendly and professional - nice atmosphere. All dishes were delicious, healthy too. The foreign receptionist was extremely professional - polite and clear to explain everything. I felt in safe hands for all my requests.

Nothing I didn't like - all good! Only one thing would be nice - the desk chairs are very low and not adjustable as they are quite old. For those staying to do some desk work, this was a bit uncomfortable.

Amazing location with loads of conbinis around + big Donki. Very nice breakfast, great staff.

Not very clean, unfortunately. Bathroom had somebody’s hair absolutely everywhere. Room wall ventilation is dirty and mouldy. Very hard to breathe, smells. Good thing the window opens otherwise I would cough up a lung. Just needs renovation and cleaning. Also, was unlucky to get “wall view”

Pleasant staff, reasonable breakfast

Not enough pillows, the bothroom door hadn't been cleaned for a bit

Very close to station and center of city. The room was larger than average and the bed was really comfortable.

convenient location along the higashiyama line; lots of restaurants and conbini within less than 5 mins. walking distance; clean and comfy rooms

a more eco-friendly system might be better where new towels or bedding, etc. are only provided when they are expressly requested by those staying in the rooms.

Alway very helpful

The bath and location and quiet

Breakfast was way beyond my expectations, and the public bath was also refreshing. Great location close to both the subway station to downtown.

Wifi was a little unstable at times

Comfy bed, good breakfast, quiet room, easy checkin, near to station :)

I wish the staff gave me directly the password to go to hotspring during the checkin.

Location was superb. Staff at front desk and at breakfast were very nice and friendly. Breakfast buffet was also quite good with several choices.

Rooms were quite small, old and gloomy (but not that bad, just very basic and needs some sprucing up already). For the price, it’s not too good value-for-money. Perhaps the location is what made it worth the stay as well as the staff.

Check out is too early 10am I found other hotels at a cheaper price just as good with check out 12 . Also breakfast finished at 9 am . I missed it every time 10 am would be more reasonable

The baths

Clean quiet friendly

Staff very helpful

Excellent breakfast. Convenient location. Employees are kind and polite.

It was clean and quiet. Near the station.

Nothing much actually.

Great breakfast, very convenient location near the subway

Location and the breakfast was good.

Real fast is amazing. Also, it’s very close to the subway station
