Room facility was very good. I didnt take breakfast or meal because vegetarian food was not available there. Location is safe & away from a kilometer from Sakae station.

It's dirty and dusty. AC is full of moles ...Our family was coughing all day long even now because of the dust . And Air does not flow

There was a cigarette smell in one of the two rooms we stayed in.

The hotel was perfect, especially considering the more than affordable price and great location in the city. The staff was simply incredible: kind and super helpful. They didn't hesitate to help me when I went to them with a personal issue that they solved for me as soon as they could. The room was clean and comfortable. Overall great stay!

Nice location, just as the corner of Sakae intersection. In a walking distance to many destinations like shopping malls, bus terminal, train station, etc.

The location of hotel is good, there are convenience stores, restaurants and a 24 hours medicine shop nearby.

The facilitate inside the toilet is quite old. you can find some gap and dirty things between the sink and the cabinet. The bed was deteriorated.

I liked the deluxe queen-sized bed, the small couch, and the bathtub.

The doors slam shut very loud and some guests come in late at night. There were scratches on the bedroom walls and some mildew near the bathroom sink. The room is quite cramped for a deluxe double room.

Firstly, 24/7 staff were lovely, and set a wake up call for me as requested.The room was a nice clean and efficient room very much in line with what you normally expect from Japanese hotels (the familiar design). I felt there were nice touches with a really good quality TV, plus a fridge, kettle, and lots of plugs everywhere. It felt like an easy room to be very comfortable in quickly, and everything had been taken care of.Location was great. A bit out to the east of centre, this is an area with lots of restaurants and charming music venues (which I was there to attend).Transport is great with two stations within a short walk from the hotel that take you directly to central Nagoya or give you the opportunity to explore.I must also say that my room (13th floor) had a beautiful city view! Very charming!

Location is great! Facilities are very good. Price is very reasonable. Would recommend to everyone looking for a place in Nagoya. Nice and cute bathroom, too.

The front desk/reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast buffet selection was also great, with many homemade items (most noteworthy was the homemade purin). The hotel was also easy to find as it was in a major intersection albeit a bit of a long walk from either Sakae or Shinsakae Stations.

Room cleaning time was a bit too early. I think it was around 10AM and I was still in the room when the housekeeping staff knocked on the door to ask how many minutes more before they can start cleaning the room (for context, I stayed more than one night and had asked for room cleaning on the second morning).

The room quite dirty and we can feel the spring under the bed. Air conditioner only came out with hot air without letting us to choose the temperature.
