APA Hotel Nagoya Sakae Ekimae EXCELLENT

Good Location and very helpful staff. The room was clean, comfortable and a decent size. The staff was friendly and helped me forward my luggage.

We had to step up to get into the bathroom.

Great location

Very noisy at night with street traffic and sirens. Air conditioning too hot in room

Location is excellent. Accessible by all modes of transportation; and near malls and places to eat.

Cleanliness of rooms may still be improved.

Location

Parking and service of staff some hotels help guest carry luggages to rooms not in APA

Close to Sakae station and easy to find all accommodations you need.Front staff is very helpful with my request and nice? Of course, I will be back again for sure?

I loved how accessible the property is to Sakae subway station and the bus stops. It was also near a lot of shopping areas, Oasos 21 and Mirai Tower.

Central location, spacious rooms

We hope the staff can be trained to support foreigners who seek for help in booking and communicating with local restaurants. In the description, the hotel may consider clearly state that there is another fee to use the gym on site

Property is very clean. Room is comfortable and bigger than expected. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is good. Value for money.

Everything is good. I like the pillows. They have 2 kinds of pillows on the bed. The staff also helpful. We're driving so met the parking staff who show energy when service and try to communicate with us.

There's a dust on the floor at the headboard side, coffee machine also have dust. I'm not sure is it from the curtain that I open & close or not.

Location, 2 womens who helped us

The cigarettes smell!!!!!!!!

Location is superb. Near train and bus station. Hotel staff were nice and accomodating.

on our first day the room smells smoke and the bed was not good. But they resolve the problem immediately

Location wise, it was perfect if you are flying back from the hotel as bus terminal to the international airport was just 5 mins walk. Also, there was Donki nearby where we almost visited every day. Very close to the subway station and lot of shopping place and eatery. The room was big enough to open up 2 suitcases.

The corridor was very noisy in the morning with the guests leaving the hotel, as early as 4am. Stayed for 3 nights but every morning was the same. Typically foreigners. Did not have pleasant sleep. The mattress protector was stained (with blood?) which was able to see through the bed sheets and did not feel clean.

Location was so convenient. Staff were more than just the typical Japanese lovely. Room was very spacious for an APA hotel and it was overall a great experience.

APA Hotels always feel a little too expensive for what they offer, but at the end of the day, you have everything you need most of the time.

APA hotel are very attractive. This one stands out for the quality of service and the spacious rooms.Furthermore, the receptionist went out of his way to reach back to me when a lost item has been found by the police.

First time in Japan and I love the location. Right next to don quijote and right next to the station.

Location

We booked for 3 beds room non smoking for our family travel. But, they told us their room not available when closer to our travel days. They offered to replace 2 separate rooms instead for 3 nights or free cancellation. However, it was so late that we couldn't find a suitable hotel so left us with no choice to stay at their hotel. When we check-in they have gave us a smoking room and the two rooms were on opposite sides of the hotel( one far left and one far right). It was promised it will be next to each other and non smoking. At the end, took an hour to sort out and to change room the next day.

EXCELLENT LOCATION - few blocks away from shopping malls so I was able to go shopping, go back to the hotel to drop off my bags, take a little rest, then go shop again. There are also a lot of dining options (i.e. Yamachan) and convenience store (7-11 and Family Mart) nearby.SPACIOUS ROOM - it was my first time staying at APA hotel but I had stayed at other budget hotels before. I would say this is the most spacious room I've stayed in. I was able to leave my medium size luggage open on the floor and still have a lot of space to move around. AMENITIES - I also quite enjoyed using the Yukata provided. Coffee/tea and toiletries are replenished everyday.

Great location, clean apartment

We both bought non smoking rooms however, they smelt lightly of smoke, probably because smoking rooms were located on the same floor

Location so so

The Wifi was very bad, always cut down n difficult to connect again, slow. The bed not so good

Location is great but there are several APA hotels in the area so be sure to look for the correct one on map.Has gold gym in-house but we did not use that. The room is moderate in size, clean and well-maintained.
