The property is near to meitetsu station. The staff is well trained.

The rooms feels old and not noise proof. Do not have small little stuff ie. facial wash and etc in the bathroom. Dont seem to have enough electric points for charging hp.

Location location location. Travel easy & fast from Nagoya Airport. Well connected by rail and bus for further local and long distance. Several major shopping hubs within 10 walking distance. Hotel room are clean and quite within CBD area.

Very easy access and nice area. The reception staff were very helpful, especially the lady, who let us leave our luggage overnight to go to Takaya for one night. Thanks again.

Right above the Meitetsu Bus Center and beside the major train stations in Nagoya, so it was very accessible. They also provided a water refilling station which was a nice touch and one I don’t often find in Japanese hotels.

There were too few sockets for charging devices.

The breakfast was great with a live chef to do your eggs whichever way you liked. The Chinese restaurant had an extensive menu and well priced (maybe a bit high). The rooms were "roomier" and the staff genuinely hospitable.

Locating the hotel could have been better with directional signs pointing the way to the hotel entrance and reception lobby.For example, the entrance to the hotel is located in the Meitetsu building and marked by welcome mats at the entrance of the elevators. A sign outside the elevators could say which floor the reception lobby is located.

Location was perfect

Hotel is very outdated and run down. Stains on tubs, carpets, etc.

The Meitetsu Grand Hotel is on the 11 - 18th floor of the Meitetsu building, which is just minutes away from the Kintetsu train station, the Meitetsu train station and the JR train station. It is the most conveniently located hotel in Nagoya.

It's close to Nagoya station. Good size room. They sell some Ghibli merch at the lobby. It's right on top of a mall with a lot of food options. Friendly staff members.

The bathroom has a cigarette smell even though it's a non-smoking room. The hotel's interior has an outdated look.

Location is good and plenty of shopping area and all transportation access at the basement floor

The hotel is on 11th floor, anyone can access hotel elevator each floor even do not have the key card

The room inside decoration and bathroom paper bin is very old. The room without USB to charge iPhone though can borrow from front desk.

The location is prime. However, facilities are aged. Cleaningness is however great.

Accidentially booked a smoking room. Stay put for 2 night with all the smoking smell to slowly fade away.

I have requested for a room with a better street view, but booking through booking.com you get a room with no view at all. Kyoto stay was most expensive and most pathetic rooms. Felt enclosed in a small room with no view at all. The toilet seat mal-functioned and it was nasty everywhere, disguised and never to recommend to book here.

Close proximity to many attractions, food, and shopping both underground and on the road.

On the day we checked out, we returned the key back and left the bags at the hotel before spending time outside before we came back to pick up the bags at 4 pm to leave for the airport by 6 pm. Unfortunately, I asked the hotel staff to charge my mobile phone to prepare for unexpected events since our flights would leave at midnight. The staff asked us “not “ to use the outlets scattering around the lobby, but had to bring the phone to charge at the reception desk one by one. That’s strange for the guests staying a whole week in the hotel. I tried to ask for the reason, but didn’t get it. So I felt that after I canceled my reservation from my family issue, but then rebooked a couple days later with the hotel should mean something for them, but unfortunately not. So I may need to reconsider the next time I go to Nagoya.

The location close to the Nagoya station is very convenient. staff was very helpful. shopping on the same building. room was clean and was of reasonable size.

The entrance is very confusing for a first timer. its on the 11th floor but no indication in English
