The room was very spacious and comfortable, being one of the few places that could accomodate a larger group and did not only have single beds. It also had a washing machine in the room, which was nice. (However, the bath-room ceiling dryer is not very strong, and you can only borrow one drying rack per room, so you should not wash too much at once and leave ample time for drying.)

The price per night per person was above average, but you are paying for the above-average comfort of the room, so it makes sense. Also, the hotel is on the west side of Nagoya Station, around a 10-minute walk from the station and away from all the main sightseeing areas of the city. This may not be a problem for many people, but if you are travelling with seniors who want to minimize how much unnecessary walking they have to do, the location is not ideal.

Room was rather on the small side fir 2 adults and 2 children.

The room was great for family of 5. Very clean and relaxing.

The location was quite far from Nagoya station especially with little ones. Although it was very clean, I feel it was little overpriced considering its location.

Good location, rooms were clean and comfortable and were cleaned each day.Staff were friendly and helpful but their english was not strong.

It's on the quieter side of the Nagoya train station. But it's a short walk to the Esca underground mall where there are lots of food choices and this is connected to the Nagoya station.The room is spacious - we had 3 double beds and there is a small sitting area. There's a washing machine in the toilet, and the bathroom has an airing function to dry the clothes.

The room came with a fridge, kettle, and a microwave. It was very spacious. It was very clean and had a lot of towels, unlimited tea and other supplies. The staff was really friendly.Great location.

Great place to stay for large families. We have 4 adults, each has a comfortable twin bed, there is a large living area with huge TV and 2 toilets. Was a little expensive but given the large area, this is expected. A short 6 mins walk to Nagoya station.

Not far away from the train station and the room is spacious

There is a screen which you can contact front desk(you can call or type to reach them);however,I used it to contact the front desk but no one replied. It seems that this hotel is understaffed.

Area is quiet. Spacious for family

No nearby restaurants or 7/11 or convenience stores. It will take few meters walk or few blocksWe stayed in the family room, one of the aircon is leaking. Staffs having a hard time speaking to them in english.

Rooms were large, and having a washing machine (with the bathroom having a drying function) was very useful.Kitchen facilities were also quite good.A large supermarket (MaxValu) is within walking distance, so the kitchen facilities were put to good use.

Not that close to either Nagoya or Taiko-dori stations, but still walkable with luggage.One of the aircon units had a mouldy smell when operating (other units were fine), so perhaps a bit of maintenance is needed.The electric kettle was annoyingly placed on the other side of the room from the kitchen.I think there's a wasted opportunity in that the Family Room has too many beds. I would rather have 1 or 2 less beds (or convert one of them to a bunk bed), and in exchange, a table where we can have sit down meals. The Triple Room had such a table, but the Family Room did not (there was a coffee table, but it's too low to the floor to be comfortable for meals).

Staff service not responsive, does not provide solutions and alternatives for travellers who request to upgrade. Front desk service limited, asked to interact with chat bot via tablet, turned out service staff via chat bot not helpful

Bed was a little tough, location is a bit further out from yhe station, no driveway to temporarily park the car, no package delivery receipt service.

the hotel is not clean and the aircon is dirty and noisy. the hotel doesn't provide cleaning services and does not make up room and change towels.

Location, clean, good for groups

Close to Nagoya Station, about 10 min walk. Non-smoking facility. Close to food places. Convenience store in walking distance. Friendly staff.

The room was dusty. Many surfaces were not wiped. Carpet felt dirty. There was a fake plant in the room that was covered in thick dust, they might as well remove the plant and have more space in the room. Room was small and furniture was bulky. Layout was not comfortable. Bed was stiff. Check in was later than most hotels and checkout is earlier than most hotels but the room was not cleaned very well. Not worth the price.

I like the amenities. Our room was quite big for Japan standard, and i love the interior. Simple but kawaii.

This hotel was a bit distant from Nagoya station. It says 8-minute walk on google map, but I think it was more than that. It was a struggle with the luggages. But it’s just a 3-minute walk to bus stops. So still 10/10.

We just needed room as a base for a couple of days for some day trips and it worked perfectly being about 10 mins walk from Nagoya station. Clean room with two double beds and a microwave and fridge freezer.

No bath, just a shower. It wasn't a problem for us, but I don't believe you can leave luggage at the hotel.
