Cons -

Flat pillows.
Room was really tight.
There was an odour when i entered the room. There were also insufficient washing machines - only 2 are available for all the guests and each wash is 2 hours. Once someone uses it, it’s a long wait

Staff were friendly. Location was great-close to a lot of shops. The hotel does not have in house parking but it partnered with 2 parking garages nearby for 2000 yen. Good breakfast spread. Size of the room was a little small for triple bed.

Hotel is located in the center of Sakae area where easily to access shop and restaurant in the area. Staff are good and communicate well. The facilities is suitable in term of value of money.

Breakfast area is quite limited during the peak time during 8:30-9:30 am. You may miss some of the food if crowded. Elevator waiting time is quite long due to there are only 2 elevator.

Staff are very accommodating. Great location but not necessarily stroller friendly zone since the nearest train stations doesn’t have elevators (old stations except Sakae Station). Awesome room layout/size and large bed. Perfect for family specially with an infant. Highly recommended.

Poor maintenance specially the in-room massage chair. There are signs of molds specially the foot and calves portion so I wasn’t able to use the chair - had to cover it with the bathrobes to sit on it. Carpet is also peeling off. Dusts under the bed. Bed and Bathroom are clean.

Clean, spacious by Japan standards

The toilet in my room had a bad smell, which is not the case in the other 2 rooms I booked. Also the property boasts free coffee from the coffee machine in the lounge, but it was OUT OF ORDER the entire 6D5N we stayed there.

Location and staff care. Very good value for money also. Excellent concierge-like support from Bina who helped us find a huge van to take us to airport with lots of luggage. Very personalized.

Rooms a little bit small but to be expected. 10 min walk from nearest station though if you have lots of bags.

Spacious room, the hotel is quite new. The facilities is good. There are cooking and eating utensils. Fridge is bigger than usual hotel fridge.

It is a little bit far from Sakae station for children to walk there.
