Hilton Nagoya Hotel

Service and hotel room were exceptional. Room was large, clean, and comfortable. Futons were in a closet for the tatami room. Any room issues were promptly addressed.

Mild smoke smell from the shower room, presumably due to some common vent. Did not address this with the hotel.

A bit far from Nagoya station with no shuttle

We celebrated our son’s birthday here and the staff did a tremendous job. They accommodated my requests and replied to my questions immediately. We’ll be back for sure.

The hotel was easy to find and it is located close to a bus stop and a train station. There is also a convenience store right across the street, and there are quite a lot restaurants nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I think it has one of the best services out of the hotels we've ever stayed in in Japan.

Location was a short bus trip from train station, or 20-30 min walk.Having a 15m or so lap pool in a hotel was a nice thing. Onsen/ hot bath was good to have as well. There is also a gym and tennis court.Breakfast was a good mix of options for western or Japanese.

Our room is at L27, and we can hear noise from activities at L28. We already informed the hotel when we checked out.

I love the location, and it's quite convenient to move around attraction places.

I think my kids had dust mite bite while sleeping on the sofa.

I wanted to send my luggage to my next location in Kyoto. The concierge asked me to write the address on the dispatch slip. I had 4 luggages to send and there were 4 slips to complete. I was coming from Osaka and the previous hotel gladly wrote the dispatch slip for me.

The rooms were clean and a good and comfortable size. The breakfast was wonderful. I really appreciated the hotel's small efforts to provide free sustainable, recycled plastic, paper wrapped, toiletries and aluminum water bottles. The staff was really welcoming, helpful, and responsive.

The beds and pillows were decent but not super comfortable. One of our entry light bulbs was not working. The shower divider doesn't fully separate between the shower and the rest of the bathroom so the water gets on the bathroom floor. Other than those minor things, we had a great stay and enjoyed ourselves.

Room was spacious and kept very clean every day! All the staff are also very friendly and helpful, from my reservation up to my last day!

The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. They provided restaurant suggestions and made reservations for us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and my husband was really impressed with the gym. Breakfast was amazing- I wish I were hungrier to take more advantage of all the different types of food. We only stayed for one night but would have stayed longer if we could. There is so much to do in Nagoya and we only touched the surface. Hope to return in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. We were impressed by everything: very friendly staff, big, clean room with a great view and big bathroom, location of the hotel and a big bonus: a very well equipped Techno gym. We will definitely stay there again! Thank you to all the staff for making us feel at home!

The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff at reception were exceptionally helpful, and always smiling. Johnny the Hilton Ambassador was also very helpful. Buffet breakfast had many choices and catered for both Asian and Western customers. It was a pleasure to stay with the Hilton Nagoya.
